​El desayuno también fue magnífico y muy completo: incluía huevos, quesos, verduras, aceitunas, embutidos, panes, café, té, postres y frutas frescas. Si hubiera tenido una maleta de 23 k o más grande, con mucha dificultad la hubiera podido abrir. Para nuestras mochilas y maleta pequeña, todo fue excelente.

The breakfast was very delicious and there was a great variety of cheeses, olives, fruits and vegetable. I liked the coffee as well. There is nothing that I did not like.

We stayed in the hotel apartment not the hotel itself in the Deluxe room. The location was very good and convenient. The breakfast is actually served in a restaurant closed by and is pretty good. The most annoying issue was the communication. There were a lot of issues with the room (TV not working, AC not working properly, one of the bathrooms leaking and dysfunctional, no kettle, no cutlery in the room, no blankets, broken closet, no chair in the room, and so much more) and every time we asked for anything we needed to repeat our request 10 times to have a chance of someone actually caring despite that staff always pretended that they will be on it right away. The Deluxe room is in the basement which is not great and we wished this was clarified in the room description as we got the non-refundable option and once learning that the room is in basement the hotel decline to cancel or refund due to the cancelation policy. If we knew that the Deluxe room is in basement we would not have booked. Overall I do not recommend this hotel apartment. The room had two Queen size beds but is very cramped. You barely have room to walk. We were surprised that everything in the room was either broken or non-functional and wish that the staff actually checked the room.

The location was quite central to main attractions. Breakfast was good and friendly staff. However i had my last dinner at the restaurant from the hotel (chicken curry) and returned with severe food poisoning to my country the next day My bathroom tap was broken en left on the toilet seat. My toilet seat was loose, and found long hair in the shower floor. |No coffee at the coffee station and the hairdryer was also not working. No proper bedding on the beds. Only a base sheet and a very small thin over throw on the bed that must cover a queen size bed??? Overall clearly no quality or inspection check was done by housekeeping to ensure readiness for next guest

The rooms are small but good. Clean, with closet, fridge, kettle (though only tea provided, no coffee), TV, beds are comfortable. Area is great. In contrast to the impression created on booking.com, the sauna is not free and can only be booked with a spa package that will set you back 50 EUR. While staff is overwhemlmingly very friendly, my complaint about this was not professionally handled. The spa is not recommended, with poorly trained staff and insufficient awareness of hygiene issues.

Staff’s readiness to help and support Rooms are tiny, air conditioning was poor and bathroom wash basin was so awkward that was difficult to use.

We had an amazing stay st this hotel! The location is perfect, short walk to all main attractions and the ocean. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was fabulous with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and provided everything for a comfortable stay. Nothing, everything was great!

Lit confortable Bon petit déjeuner Becarful.The reception will not give us the best activities to do. In particular, dinner on the boat should be avoided because it does not correspond to what they tell you.

The location was very good. Only about 10-15min walk from the Blue Mosque. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They gave me a 20% discount on their hammam. The breakfast was a buffet and was generous in terms of quantity and also tasty. The room was very clean and room service happened everyday. - It is a apart hotel, which means the reception is in a different building and the breakfast is provided by a nearby restaurant. It may be a bit confusing when checking-in but all buildings are very close to each other. - The room was big enough for one person and for short stays but may be a bit tight for two, especially if you plan to stay several nights.

Very nice place to stay in Istanbul. Staff helpful and polite. Rooms clean. Cleaning lady (greetings) was great. Used towels were replaced every day, and things like coffee, tea, cosmetics were replenished. The facility is located a short walk from the blue mosque. Breakfast served in a nearby restaurant was good. We also ate dinner there, it was really delicious, and the service was very nice and cheerful. The only thing is the lack of information about where to go to check in. The building we were staying in was closed and we didn't know where to go to the reception. We sent a message to the hotel and a hotel employee came to help us immediately. From then on everything was smooth.

The room was very small, barely had enough room for 2 people and smelled like cigarette. The towel was full with hair and smelled like chlorine, like it was used before. The shower head was broken, this had made showering very difficult. We stayed for 3 nights, but the toilet paper ran out on the second day and we had no back up.

The best hotel in Sultanahmet !!! Great food !!! Everything is cool !!!

When it comes to the services the hotel provided, they were excellent. Every day, the cleaning lady came to change our bed linen, replenish the soap and shampoo, and leave some drinking water. As far as breakfast is concerned, it was arranged in a buffet style with a huge variety of local foods to choose from. Every morning, we looked forward to trying something new. The staff in the restaurant were extremely attentive and helpful. Moreover, the hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. We had to leave early in the morning on our last day, so we didn’t have time for breakfast, but the receptionist had a packed breakfast prepared for us.
