Dirt bed, the whole room was not clean. Very small and the rooms are not like what’s on the picture. They wasted our time and gave us a bad start to our vacation

I had a distressing experience at this hotel. On April 14th at around 5:30 AM, while transporting my luggage to the lobby in two trips, my Sony headphones (valued over $200) were stolen from a bag during the first trip. At the time, only a hotel staff member and the hotel's affiliated taxi driver were present. I'm certain the headphones were in the bag when I brought it down. Unfortunately, I couldn't take any legal action due to my urgent need to reach the airport. Additionally, the room's heating system was not functioning, and despite informing the staff, the issue couldn't be resolved. We had to sleep in a cold room, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. This incident has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the hotel's security and maintenance standards.

The location is great, close to main sites. The Internet played a lot, and that was annoying but it eventually got sorted.

It is in a very perfect location and in a very good place. We were very pleased. The hotel is in a very suitable and decent place, walking distance to everywhere. They took very good care of us. Thank you for everything.

I dont recomended....The rooms are dirty, i stay 12 days and in 12 days nobody came to change the bed linen,to clean the room or to bring towels and toilet rolls..I stay 12 days and in 12 days they change the towels once..i must to go myself to the reception for toilet rolls and the receptionist say i will bring it to you in 10 min because i must to go and buy...after 3 days i was again to the reception because nobody bring it...the toilet was disgusting...if you want to flash it you must to wait 3 hours after every flash.....a nightmare....

N/A They don’t have any real address, I don’t thik so they have any registration about “Immor Akkus Hotel”. U can’t find the address from google or any other link name “immor” U can find only with the phone number, the number also “Immortelle Hotel” reception’s number. Not only the address, almost everything is broken. Toilet lock, sofa, cabinet, bed; almost every single thing’s. (I’ve pictures). They said all room booked so next morning they will provide a good room. But next morning new attendant in front desh, morning he said he don’t know anything. When we find the first manager after 2 day’s; he said u have to pay 55 euro. Whatever I didn’t expect that type of service from booking.com
