Personal foarte drăguț, camere curate, mâncare variată. Faptul ca îți cer 100$ garanție pentru barul din cameră, asta denota ca hotelul nu are incredre în tine ca oaspete, de-asemenea nu au parcare sau măcar o înțelegere cu parcarea de alături dar având în vedere zona acest lucru e asumat. Cea mai deranjanta a fost neîncrederea arătată de hotel, voiam sa le dau doar o stea dar personalul m-a făcut sa ma răzgândesc.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, helped us with our bags and made sure we were good when we transported to another area. The property offered good breakfast and rooms were clean and nice. We enjoyed staying here for our stay, the area is very nice and close to taksim square and other shops. Would definitely come again. The rooms were a bit small and crowded.

Good Breakfast. Good Wifi Daily Cleaning of the room should be better. Checking of the items (which needs refill) should be monitored We keep calling the room service for refill.

This is my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim. The location is good, the service during my stay was very good, all the staff was helpful and as for the breakfast is really delicious. What I didn't like was that I had sent an email to the reservations or reception informing them that I had booked at your hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, I didn't find anything special inside the room, not even a flower or a bathrobe.

The staff were friendly and professional and very helpful,especially the receptionists Ercan and Noura. The rooms are not spacious but I think that this is common among hotels in Taksim square.
