Atik Suite Taksim

The building is really pretty and for being so close to all the action it was amazingly quiet! The man at reception was very kind and checked in on us as he saw us coming and going. Short walk to Taksim square where the funicular is so it's quick to get to the waterfront and subway. Our room was huge and we both felt like we could spread out and have space. Really nice and simple decor. The elevator is tiny but we got a loved it! A larger bed would be nice and perhaps not so low to the ground. Toiletries being replaced daily would be wonderful. Overall a great place to stay in Istanbul.

Location is very central and easy to access, But no free parking is available. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, since my last visit last year, it was like nobody maintained the rooms. The room I stayed definitely needs maintenance; water leaks from the toilette, there were stains on the couch and headboard, as well as on the floors... Inside wardrobe was dusty. We found used towels in the bathroom closet.

By the time we arrived there was no one to accommodate us.

Excellent location, central but hidden from the hustle and bustle of Taksim Square. Clean and in an old classic building, the stairs and handrails are art in themselves, and the accommodation is perfect value for money. I thank Mr. Mansour for his excellent treatment and very good manners

This is our second time here, and once again, we are very satisfied. No matter what the issue is, Mr. Mansur always finds a solution. he is extremely polite and helpful in all areas The rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided every day. In short: you feel at home.

Mansur is an excellent host and the accommodation is really good value for money.

A fabulous and integrated boutique hotel, that has all you need as a traveler. A very safe a clean hotel, they have a cleaning service every day and the the staff from.front desk ( Mansur) very polite and helpful every time. Reception is open from 9 to 5 PM, after 5 PM you will enter whit a code for the front door. The location is more then perfect, close to German Consulate, Istiklal Street and Taksim square( 1 minute walk) and around are all that you need as a turist: restaurants ( and also a shop for groceries), taxi and metro station.

As a person that i have been so many times in Istanbul, this hotel is an exelent choise every time: location at 2 minutes from Taksim but in a very safty, green and quaite area. The most important i apreciate always the cleanliness ( and i can compare i a positive way whit other hotels in the Taksim area that i have tried). In addision, as usually, Mr Mansur from desk front give me good information and advise about istanbul in a excelent english in a calm and polite way that make me feel like home ( he is always help me whit the big laggages that i come in ist :)

The location - short stroll to Taksim Square and to Istikal St where there are many restaurants cafes and bars. The luxury apartment was well appointed. We arrived on the first evening to find the AC not working - it felt like 30 degrees Celsius and no fan. Upon dialling their emergency number, as the staff finishes at 5 pm (we got there at 6.15pm), we were told that the AC hadn't been working all day and were to be fixed the next morning/day. The fact that we weren't told as they left us a note with our key and codes to access the building and room. We were appaled as had been travelling all day. We had paid for the 1 bedroom luxury apartment. So we insisted that were given another room with a working AC. They sent a rude man who basically told us to move to the tiny standard hotel like room which was soo small and not at all adequate for two grown adults. We had no choice, as it was now approaching 8pm and was just too tired and hungry to do anything else. The next morning when the staff arrived - he was pleasant and apologetic which we appreciated, he told us that a similar oom to the one we had paid for will be available at 2pm. We went with it - no other choice. So we paid for 2 nights for a luxury 1 bedroom apartment and spent 1 and half day in a tiny hotel like room. Cool.? Well the staff member also offered us a free taxi ride to collect our baggage from across town, to part compensate for the inconvenience caused, and he also offered us late check out and a discounted rate if we wished to stay an extra night - which we didn't take up as we were flying out of the country, but appreciated the gesture all the same.

Great location near Taksim square and metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The architecture of the building is definitively a plus. A lot of places nearby to have breakfast. Nothing.

Location is perfect and rooms are clean and beautiful No free car parking available . You will have to pay extra for the parking . Though the owner will help you out in finding it near to the hotel
