N/A The sink was broken, flooding the room with water. No one came to fix it. The bed was also incredibly small, and the bathroom was the worst. To make matters worse, someone left a baby stroller in front of the room door, making it difficult to enter the room due to the limited space. On top of that, we had requested a non-smoking room, but it was completely the opposite.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The bed was clean and the rate was reasonable for Istanbul When I arrived, there wasn't any kettle or iron. When I enquired I was provided a steamer, but told the kettle wouldn't be there till the following day. The hairdryer didn't work, the shower doors were broken and so water leaked out. The walls/floors were very thin and so I could hear everything from all rooms around me. Was particularly annoying at 3am/4am each morning! If there had been a kettle (morning coffee is an essential) and a working hairdryer (when travelling for work this is a necessity) (I think these are the absolute basics for a hotel stay) I would have been happy!

The hotel is cozy the rooms are great and the staff very helpful, it’s my second visit and again Mary and her colleagues were very tentative, caring and responding very fast to resolve any issue.I got a bit sick during the stay and they were keep checking on me in case I needed any help.

Perfect location , a lot of restaurants near by , rooms very clean and staff specially Ms Mary was so polite & helpful. Highly recommended !!!

Very friendly staff, prime location, decent room. The rooms wasn't very clean. Although the washroom was cleaned well, one of the towels was still moist, and there were someone else's clothes in the top shelf of the almirah.
