Friendly staff, specially Maya at the reception she has a very nice welcoming smile, the room service ladies and the restaurant man whom I don't now their names were very helpful, also the hotel is clean, the breakfast is decent, and location is good Nothing serious

I guess the staff was not satisfied that the name of the hotel and the adress on the app were a little bit different. Terrible experience all the same.

The staff is very friendly, and they always help you if you want anything. They offered us an upgrade at no cost during our stay. They have recommendations and tourist packages for Bosporus tours and hamams. The room was modern with a big, comfortable bed and very clean. The Turkish breakfast was perfect, and we had the best tea here. It is so close to the metro station and Taksim Square. Totally recommend.

The rooms are very clean and our family room was spacious and practical. The location is two min walking taqsim square.

The breakfast was typical Turkish and we loved it. The location was also ideal. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and we used the tram and train to reach other further places. There was nothing we didn't like

Great location, easy access to public transport. Staff is polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, the view is stunning. The room looked exactly like in the pictures. Breakfast is okay, it’s the same every day. It was quiet at nights. Istanbul in April is chilly at nights, but there’s good heating, so we slept very comfortably. We came here for the concert, it’s a ~20 min walk to the main park which is very convenient. No toothpaste/toothbrush is provided. It’s not really a big deal, but we had to buy one for the travel.

The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. They also arranged taxi transfers for us from the airport and back, which made everything much easier. The rooms were really disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the water temperature kept changing between cold and hot. The walls were very thin, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. Housekeeping also left only one roll of toilet paper each day. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to save money on everything.

The hotel is recently renovated and everything was bran new and clean. It's next to taksim square but in a quiet street. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff and location Would like a little bit more food

Hotel location is close to major attractions. Hotel staff, Shaheen in particular, are awesome. He upgraded our room at no extra charge. He made sure that we are comfortable. He provided contact information to call him if our return flight are cancelled or delayed. He is a delight. Overall an excellent hotel with affordable rate and great staff
