I loved everything- the location was very close to Taksim square, literally 3 minutes walk, the hotel is very clean, free drinking water provided, nice room, nice hot shower. Nothing I could think of.

Location was perfect. Just 5 min walk from Istiklaal Street. All the transportation is very near from the hotel. It took almost 5 min from Metro. The hotel was very clean. They upgraded my room to executive suite. They refill everything on request and the services and everything was amazing. Very near to everything. Highly recommended. The pressure on the bidet was very low. Other than that everything was amazing.

This area is developing now, in several years it will be nice place I guess. Close buildings are being renovated right now, at day time it is noisy ( it didn't disturb us, we didn't stay at the hotel at day time, but for somebody it can be important)

Lovely place. Loyal & always reliable. ‘Fatih’ is exceptionally gracious. The ladies are nice as well. The location is fabulous right there in Taksim square. Most tour buses can either pick you up from there or just walk up to the end of the alley close to the big name Hotels. Definitely worth one full week in Istanbul. What’s not to like!!! It is great.

Bed was spacious and comfy, air conditioning system worked well. Hotel located close to Taksim street, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Ruins of another building straight out of your windows.

Great location The bathroom sprays water all over . I also asked for extra towels and was told to go to the reception instead of someone bringing then to our room.

Amazing views over the city, very hip and beautiful breakfast salon, AC was amazing in the room (central system that you can control), excellent walkin shower and water pressure. Everything was amazing. Just a small suggestion: for guests staying more than 3 nights, it would be great to change breakfast a bit.

The hotel is a bit hidden down a narrow road so I would definitely recommend screenshoting the location on your maps before traveling if you think you might not have internet to look it up, but that's the only downside to the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and sufficiently sized. I slept on the pull out couch while my parents slept in the bed and both were very comfortable. Great location relatively close to public transportation and the Galata tower. The location was awesome for us Canadian tourists - the room was spacious and super clean, totally remodelled with a deck - the morning Turkish breakfast was beyond our expectations - the staff were superb! Everything was awesome!!!!!

The hot water was very good and the water pressure was good. Water bottles were provided. 1. The street to the hotel was hill so it was inconvenience with suitcases. 2. The room was very tight. Although we picked 24 square meter room, there was not enough room to put two large suitcases. 3. The bathroom shower booth was very small so the water went out all of the place in the bathroom. 4. There is only one elevator which fits only two people. 5. Windows were not sound proof so it was noisy
