It’s all wonderful I loved it all the room the location especially the staff were very helpful and nice I think I’ll be coming again What I didn’t really like is the breakfast although it was vast and varaiation is uncountable but lacked certain things I like but anyway it was all very good

All Staff and especially Ms Shukran and of course Ms Zyneb (as usual) were very helpful and that's why we will always come back to CVK Room cleaning was not up to our previous experience with your hotel

The room had several issues. Couch was stained all over. Broken night lights. Flimsy shower handle, broken card slot at the door. Several power outages during our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Batuhan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was always warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whether we had questions or needed assistance, Batuhan was always there with a smile and made us feel like valued guests. If this is your first time in Istanbul, I highly recommend this place. It’s located in between Taksim and Galata Port, with only few minutes walk to each. The staff are very polite and friendly, from the doorman to the janitors to the receptionists and they all speak English. Our luggage didn’t arrive on the same flight, so we asked the concierge to take care of it since we only had four days in the city. They took care of everything and delivered our luggage to our room.

طلبت حلاقة عادية استغرقت أقل من 15 دقيقة، وبعد الانتهاء فوجئت بأن المبلغ المطلوب هو 170 دولارًا. لم يتم إبلاغي بالسعر مسبقًا أو إعطائي أي قائمة أسعار، ولو كنت أعلم بالتكلفة لما وافقت على الخدمة. شعرت بأنني تعرضت للاستغلال، واضطررت للدخول في نقاش حاد مع الموظفين بسبب هذا الأمر. إضافة إلى ذلك، كان تعامل موظفي الاستقبال جافًا وغير مرحب، ولم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذا التصنيف. أنصح أي نزيل يرغب باستخدام خدمات الفندق، خصوصًا الصالون، أن يسأل عن السعر بشكل واضح قبل الموافقة على أي خدمة لتجنب الوقوع في نفس الموقف.

Beautiful luxury hotel with an excellent location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were outstanding. Everything about the hotel itself felt like a true 5-star experience. The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency about extra charges. We thought the snacks, drinks, and even the bottled water in the room were complimentary because there were no prices and nobody explained they would be charged. At checkout, I honestly felt a little foolish when I found out every item was chargeable—and priced around 5 times higher than normal. The valet parking was another surprise because we weren’t informed there was a daily parking fee. Before visiting Istanbul, we had heard stories about tourist scams and expected to be careful outside the hotel, not inside a luxury hotel. I’m sharing this so future guests know what to expect. Don’t be surprised if your deposit doesn’t come back because almost everything in the room is chargeable and very expensive.
