The property is amazing with really good service. All of the staff were very nice and helpful especially, Sefah, Emrah, Sinan, Buket!!!

However, the main downside was the apartment’s location and view. It was directly facing the surrounding neighborhood buildings, which unfortunately affected the privacy and reduced the overall comfort of the stay.

I highly appreciate how approachable and friendly the staff were. Special and sincere thanks to Mr. Dersim, the night manager, and the entire team for their support whenever needed. Seeing my one-year-old daughter suffer a seizure was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. Thanks to Allah first, and then to the night staff’s prompt response, Dersim immediately rushed us to the hospital and stayed with us throughout the night. His support and compassion made an incredibly difficult situation much easier, especially as we do not speak the local language. N\A

I had an amazing stay at Hotel CVK in Istanbul! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even better. A special thanks to Mr. Korey, the manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay and truly cared about the guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Also, many thanks to Oğuzhan for being so welcoming, respectful, and helpful throughout our visit. His positive attitude and excellent service made us feel at home from the first moment. The location is excellent and close to everything you might need. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I will definitely come back again!

A truly excellent experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was top-notch from the moment you arrived. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the air conditioning was superb. The breakfast was varied, and the location was close to most important places. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I will definitely return.

The highlight of our stay was an absolutely wonderful birthday surprise organized by the hotel team. It was a completely unexpected and deeply appreciated gesture that made the trip unforgettable.
