Staff nice flat clean

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The manager Ali was incredibly flexible and helpful, Haroun working at the front desk is also very helpful making everything smooth from check-in to check-out The place is very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious — honestly one of the best options if you’re staying with friends and want a comfortable space to gather and chill at night.

Very nice hotel in a comfortable glamorous location. Close to ferry and bus stations. It’s clean and new. Special thanks to the friendly staff who made our stay pleasant.

This is the hotel or something

Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz, was für Istanbul Verhältnisse sehr gut ist. Es war sauber, bequem hell, und schön eingerichtet. Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten wie, dass der Fußboden schmutzig war, eine Klimaanlage keine Fernbedienung hatte und nur per Hand zu bedienen war. Einige Möbel waren fleckig. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir jedoch zufrieden. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfreich, Wasser gabs kostenlos. Das Apartment liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße, man sollte mit Lautstärke Nachts keine Probleme haben. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Cafes, Bars und Restaurants.

Very friendly and nice staffs , great location of the hotel and it's facilities such as comfortable bed and sofa and kitchen in a big room with enough sunlight , temperature and light . Sometimes i heard noise related to construction of building and the staff said it's from our neighbours. There wasn't liquid for washing dishes although it has washing machine and dishwasher machine. WiFi in the room was poor sometimes and I had to restart it. In the lobby the WiFi was excellent. Free transfer was only from airport and one-way although in booking reservation free transfer was written.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone of them is very helpful when in need. Location is excellent and everything “attractions” is near. Nice experience in general. Nothing

Very friendly staff

the apartment was spacious. the Wi-Fi was good Noisy hotel, you can hear everything in the street, the rooms are not comfortable, the TV was not working and the AC was not working in the 1st night. Another issue I had, the property did maintenance work (installing smoke detectors) during my stay and it was noisy and disturbing. They entered my apartment, claiming it will take few minutes but they stayed for long time and bothered me, later I had to ask them to leave. Unfortunately I reserved non refundable for 7 nights, I stayed for 3 nights but I could not stand to complete, I left them and went to another hotel. I asked for refund of the other remaining nights but they refused. I contacted booking.com but they did not help. To me this is one of the bad experience I had. Booking.com will no longer be my choice.

We’ve stayed here before. It was comfortable so we booked again. Location is good It was not clean Room unkept When turning on the aircon black bits came out onto bed. We were so tired, just brushed it off and slept. Bathroom sink was in a horrible state with black mold surrounding the sink. Asked for another room however they did not have available.

Location very central if you know Istanbul Staff is kind and respectful It’s time for a major renovation Room is worn down Furniture stained and old Pillows and bed not so comfortable Also there was a major building construction which produced a lot of noise. Had I known I would have not stayed there. It was not worth the price

The break fast was not bad , but the room was not my expectations according photo View around the hotel was not good but the hospitality of staff was marvellous, if I want to go istanbul again because of staff maybe I will go again same hotel.
