Vision Deluxe Hotel

Location is very good nearby some historical place also to different public transportation stations (Tramway , bus , Metro) Smell in Bathrooms Staff not friendly as I saw in reviews Food not that good same stuff everyday also it is Salad and Eggs in many different ways with some other stuffs , Fruits only watermelon Cleaning quality not that good Lighting is very bad

I would very much recommend this hotel since our 6 night stay was very impressive. Stuff was good, room was clean, and all needed servis was provided on daily basis.

The staff little depressed and not all of them cooperative

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was generally helpful, and the room met our expectations for a pleasant stay in Istanbul. During breakfast, a staff member informed us that breakfast service was about to end while we were still eating. Although we understand the schedule must be followed, the way it was communicated felt somewhat uncomfortable and rushed.

The staff is the real asset of the hotel. From the receptionists all the way to the maids, they were kind and helpful and always going above and beyond. The rooms for four people maybe is a bit small and needs more closet storage. Also the breakfast needs pancakes to be added or crepes.

the size of the room was good, tea, coffee, water, a fridge, a wonderful breakfast, all was nice and a little bit better than at many other hotels in the neighborhood. the location is great, everything within a short walk, from Aksaray metro/bus station to all the beautiful mosques and the grand bazar. the room was at the top floor and the sloped ceiling made uncomfortable moving around the room. the size of the room somewhat compensated for it, but still, if you have a choice, ask for a room on the 1-4 floors.

Breakfast some days are okay but some days is not.

For the price they have very tasty and rich breakfast, also the staff were really sweet. Cleaning comes everyday. Room is well-equipped. Sometimes there is a smell from the drain.

The breakfast is excellent specially the great chef and all staff amazing hard work and cooperative. Location is very good near to everything also place so calm.

The rooms and bathrooms are not clean and the staff is so rude their attitude towards us is very disrespectful and the are not helpful at all

Overall amazing staff . From reception to the cleaner . Uzbek girl was so helpful and professional of her work. Definitely coming back some days in future For breakfast we had a same meal for almost 5 days Would be great if more options added

Location wasn't too far away, transit was good. Tram stop was a minute walk from the hotel. There were lots of eateries around the neighborhood. The rooms were smaller than I was expecting. Given initially we were expecting a family visit the rooms would have been too small.

Hotel with simple manners. We felt good.
