Close to everything and very clean

The hotel is 10 out of 10,the location is perfect, the staff is so helpful and nice ,rooms are great.

Centrally located for everything you are looking for in Istanbul. Shopping, food and site seeing. The only discrepancy was that we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop being renovated. When it’s all set and done, it will be top notch.

Its location Being 4 people we were given the basement.. so the room was small and congested..but for our last night we were moved to a bigger room which was much better and comfortable.

The location could not have been more perfect. The staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable. I was very thankful for booking here! I’ll book again. What’s there not to like? Loved it!

Absolutely amazing stay. Clean room, bathroom, spacious closet for unpacking, water bottles. My family and I gasped when we saw the view of the Blue Mosque from our upper floor triple room window. And the rooftop gives you almost a 360° view of Sultanahmet, the Sea of Marmara, the Asian side, the Princes’ Islands, a glimpse of Galata Tower in Beyoğlu. You could sit up there for hours gazing out and still feel like you weren’t ”stuck” at the hotel. The rooftop was in great shape (contrary to older comments) with comfy couches and a quiet rooftop café. We thought hungry seagulls would constantly be swooping down on any rooftop in this town, but not a one came near us. I loved the breakfast and its many Turkish options; we didn’t even end up going out to a restaurant with Turkish breakfast, because the breakfast buffet was so complete (try the rose jam, delectable!). Lots of healthy options that fueled me until 4 in the afternoon. My only complaint is there was no simit offered at any hotel breakfast we experienced at three different hotels in Istanbul. Boring white bread, instead. :-( The staff were so kind and helpful, there are ATM machines just outside the entrance, and of course the nicely located Sultanahmet tram stop that is your base to anywhere in the city or to the Princes’ Islands (ex: lunch and a promenade walk up the Bosphorus by tram/bus, dinner in Asia by ferry). Get your hands on an Istanbulkart (card) to use on any mode of public transport for convenient flexibility (tram, bus, funicular, metro, ferry, and some bathrooms). And lastly, download a white noise app on your phone! When playing it, we were never bothered by street or hallway noise. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul! No simit at breakfast, and that we couldn’t spend more than four nights there. :-)

Everything. Ideal Location, beautiful, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, beyond fabulous roof deck view of the Blue Mosque, and the most helpful staff you will find in Istanbul, especially our favorite person, Musa. I’m being picky but the pillows could be softer.
