Totally recommend!

Service Nice staff Friendly staff, Zeliha and Abdullah

All the staff were super helpful. I could always ask them for recommendations. My room was tidied up every day, and they had a good buffet for breakfast. The AC was not cooling the room enough, but then I was helped by a staff member to fix that problem soon. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste, but they replaced them after I asked for it.

I booked a room with a balcony, and for the first two nights, I was given a room without one. This was disappointing, as the balcony was an important part of my choice

Location is goood , staff is amazing . The sink was in the room not in the bathroom which was a bit weird

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely 10/10. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention to Ibrahim at the reception, who was extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, making it convenient for exploring. I also appreciated how well soundproofed the rooms were, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom was immaculate, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, an exceptional experience – highly recommend!

We had great time at Istambul .It was good choice of stay at woxx hotel since it is located close to main attractions of the city .we could use the public transportation well .the hotel is clean and hygienic.the staff are well behaved ,good and helpful throughout the stay .staff were so good and provided the best service . Rooms are small but not a great issue since the service is the best and located close to the main spots of attraction.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day right. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, providing easy access to key attractions and local spots. A truly pleasant stay overall!

Firstly the service and front seat staff were AMAZING. Helpful, pleasant and generally cheerful. The hotel is BASIC, but that represents the price. You really get what you pay for. Great location, close to metro, tram or walk to grand Bazaar, historical areas in 25/30 mins I had a few issues which the front seat did their best to resolve, however I feel the management or owners (not that I had contact) did not assume responsibility for these issues and seemed.quite unhelpful to their staff trying to resolve them. I had a single room, the air-conditioning was out of use, also tv and telephone. They advised me that they would be changing my room, but it wasn't until the second afternoon. I had two extremely hot, uncomfortable evenings in a tiny room at 28c. The hotel did not have an external fan to help. I could see the front desk were mortified by the situation, but seemed quite powerless to execute changes/upgrades. WARNING: the rooms are what you pay for. Very small. Single travellers upgrade to a double, as there is very limited space for luggage etc. Corridors are small, so the hotel is loud. You will either be by the stairs or elevator, so I would not recommend if you have small children needing early sleep. Ask for a room higher than 1st floor as it has an open balcony above reception and you can hear everything verbatim from the lobby area. I would recommend for short stays, people on a budget with little luggage.
