It is so close to Tram satiation and so clean All was great except that we did not get rooms next to each others or same floor with my kids . But i understand that the hotel was fully booked

What I appreciated most about the hotel was its exceptional convenience. Being able to easily walk to shopping centers, the mosque, and a variety of restaurants made my stay incredibly enjoyable and hassle-free.

Şehmuz at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, always checking in and offering complimentary coffee or tea. He also gave some really good suggestions for places to visit around the city which I appreciated. The room was very clean and the location is excellent, right beside a convenience store which made things very convenient. Overall it was a great stay and I would happily come back. It’s an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and attention to detail was clearly a priority. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and were ready to assist with recommendations, transportation, or any request we had. Their hospitality made us it was a bit crowded and is not a good place for those tourists who are willing to rent a car

Hotel is quite close to a busy road and because of this the noise level was sometimes a bit too high.

Staff are really nice, especially Mahmoud. A few minutes walk from the airport bus and tram station, a lot of local restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, not many choices but fine, also they offered us coffee/tea 24/7 for free
