Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Sultanhamet, but on a quiet side street Staff were very kind and helpful. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Breakfast and happy hour are there with close up views of Hagia Sofia. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Lots of hot water. I was ok with breakfast because I don't eat much usually. Some visitors might not like the meats, cheeses and vegetables served. But the little machine makes outstanding cappuccino and lattes!

The location can’t be beat, on a quiet street two blocks away from the Hagia Sofia and other major sites. The staff was all very nice. The room and beds were comfortable. Nothing. Everything was great!

The location Matress needs change. U can feel springs going through back which gave me backpain I found a cockroach waiting for me in the room. Rooms must be checked before checking in clients I couldnt lock my door from inside, even i complained the guy at the reception tried to convince me that it is done like that on purpose, though my friend staying another room locked her door from inside. Which made me feel insecure the whole stay and i had to put my luggage behind the door so no one will enter. I think as a customer service rule , when the customer is not happy about the room, u must change it Hotel neees renovation.

The location was excellent. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we love the location to all of the things we wanted to see. The restaurant down the street is excellent and my wife found a boutique carpet shop near by. The stairs...no elevator. The breakfast could have included more fresh cooked options but it was nice. There was no options for late night coffee or tea.

Location is close to touristic areas and transportation. The morning receptionist (not the manager, the other one) is super rude in his attitude. Doesn’t go at all with someone whose work is to actually deal with people all day long. Breakfast was decent but wasn’t up to the expectations nor the feedback I read on booking actually before reserving the hotel. Couple of times that we ask for refill of items and said that it finished. (1 hr after breakfast started)

Only the location is good, but the staff, service and cleanliness are horrible! We made a mistake while booking, when we arrived they asked for 20€/ night in compensation. We agreed, but they decided to punish us for negotiating. I asked for a bigger room, I said I will pay for it! the reception said the manager should agree! It was available on booking but when he called the manager he told him to close it and don’t give it to us! Minutes later it was sold out on booking! I asked for the complementary water bottle as it was 2 am! He said no complementary water! Next morning I asked for face tissues, he said we don’t provide! They took the extra key that they gave during check-in from inside the room!! When I asked, they gave me an empty card! I told the receptionist why? He said I gave you empty card to put it for electricity!! When I told him that I need extra key for my family he snatched the card from my hand, screamed at my face! Slapped the card on the table after activating it! Completely rude and dirty place! No cleaning! Just collecting dust under the bed! Looking at previous negative reviews on google, they never acknowledge the facts and probably reply in the same rude manner.. let’s see!

Friendly staff The room was extremely small , the shower was no pressure and it was either sculding hot or freezing cold no in-between, very noisy location with the hostel next door was unable to adjust the aircon /heating to suit our needs the room was so hot and when we asked to turn the temperature down was told open the window

Lovely staff members and food! Made the trip 10/10 - one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The front desk were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. The hotel room was very clean as well. Everything was perfect!

Zeynep Sultan Hotel is simply a perfect stay in Istanbul! Rooms are clean, spacious, with all needed amenities. It is literally a 3 min walk from Aya Sofia and most of major tourist attractions. The area is great, a lot of restaurants/bars around. The staff is SPECTACULAR! They booked our airport transfers, additional tours and generally we very helpful with tips how to get around the city. Also - great breakfast and a nice complimentary tea/coffee/cookie time in the afternoon on the terrace overlooking Aya Sofia and another historical mosque ? definitely will come back!
