Professional staff timely service and close to many food outlets. Spacious room. There was machine sound that was coming at 11pm and goes until 2am which we couldn’t explain sounds like a train moving. Otherwise the room was good.

Good size room with good bed. Room was clean. There is a bar that plays loud music downstairs. I could hear the music during most of the night.

Nothing! Literally nothing!! It’s the worest hotel ever!! Let’s start with the lies that they state they have on Booking but they don’t! 1- they don’t speak Arabic or English, only Turkish! It was very hard communicating with them! 2- there is no safe in the room 3- there is no iron machine in the room 4- the walls are not soundproof! We can clearly hear people talking! It’s noisy! There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the room, you do that by yourself! It’s soooo un clean! The coach is very dirty and dust everywhere! On our first day, we discovered that the toilet paper is used and not a new one! We stayed for 10 days, they changed the bed sheets only once!! Other days they just flapped them around. The sheets and the towels have holes in them! I asked for a trash bin in the room, they refused to give me one, they said only one if the bathroom is enough! There was stains in the bed blanket! I asked the owner about it and to replace it and he refused! Saying that it’s a tea stain from a previous person and it’s permanent even they tried to wash it in a dry clean but with no results! So they did not throw it in the garbage! Noooooo they use it normally! There are a lot of rust in the kettle! It was so disgusting! They refused to change it! Saying it’s normal and it’s because of other people tried to boil milk! Why not throwing it away!!!! Noooo they don’t do that! And asked us to use it like this! Of course we didn’t! The cleaning service does not clean the room at all! Doesn’t change or add new toilet papers! The floor is always dirty! And they say “we care about hygiene and we do that very seriously!” REALLY?!!!! The neighborhood is very noisy! Veryyyyy specifically at the night because of the two bars beside it! They don’t have laundry service, they go to another shop to do that and bring it to you! The sliding door of the bathroom is not working properly After posting this review on Booking, the hotel owner send me a very rude message on WhatsApp!
