Great value for money! I had to call someone to get them to come to the entrance. Also, there is no hotel signage so I spent 15 minutes walking around trying to find the hotel. Not suitable for people with disabilities/walking restrictions.

Good location & beautiful room! Took some time to find it as there was no sign on the building.

The staff were great. Location in Fatih was only 10 min walk to blue mosque and 5 min walk to grand bazaar. Lots of food around. Grocery stores. Very cool interior building woth lots of interesting decor. Cool balcony in my room overlooking street. Staff really wanted to make your stay good to the best they could. Price was pretty decent. The walls are paper thin. If you're up for a few drinks and a few late nights in Fatih, good. If you want sleep, NO. The staff were helpful to quiet other noisy guests, asking multiple times, but both nights I stayed, I only slept about 5 hours each. If you stay, ask to stay on a floor without anyone. Although, the noise on the second night wasn't even my floor, and it wasn't above me, and yet it was still so loud. Bring earplugs. Good location though

location was so good , so close to the main attractions, the room was little bit small but i was okay with it cuz i was alone , the owner was generous , a perfect room for a solo in a budget traveller nothing

The host was exceptional. He was very kind and welcoming and tried to meet our needs and asks such as early check-in, luggage deposit and he even helped us to book a taxi.

The hosts are amazing—super friendly and accommodating! The flat is clean, and the AC works perfectly, even in the scorching 100-104°F (35-40°C) heat. The location is great, close to everything and safe (I'm a woman). I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night, but if you're with friends or a partner, the neighborhood is convenient for most attractions and perfect for breakfast or dinner outings! The neighborhood is a shoe manufacturing area and quite dirty, typical of a Middle Eastern industrial spot. I didn’t feel very comfortable there and always had my keys ready, constantly looking over my shoulder at the door—probably just me. It’s not ideal for walking around except on the main avenue (Kadirga Limani), which has some nice restaurants to the left. A few streets away, there’s another main avenue (Gedik Pasa Cd).

Great location near the Blue Mosque and tram station. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Fridge in the room, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Noisy outside of a nighttime.

We took over the room with the very dirty bathroom, there was dust on the floor in the room, the kettle was dirty with coffee. Even after I asked the cleaning lady to clean the bathroom again because it was too dirty, the lady only went in for 2 minutes and then left. Very dirty shower cabin, dirty toilet, hair on the floor. We stayed for 6 days and received nothing, the towels were not changed, we did not receive extra toilet paper, the garbage was not taken for a week. The cleaning lady deserves a minimum score. I will try to attach some pictures of the bathroom as I found it when I took the camera. We had to go to the store to buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom ourselves. There is never anyone at the reception, you have no one to talk to, I was only able to communicate with the owner through messages on booking. It should also be specified that there are many shoe workshops in the area and there is a lot of noise. But this is not the owner's fault, instead, the cleanliness is. The accommodation is very nice, too bad it is not clean.

Good location, very pretty, comfy bed The bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and wasn’t cleaned properly so it can get pretty smelly - make sure to leave the door open when you’re out so it can air out

Fairly walkable to sights The room wasn't super clean, there's quite a bit of outside noise and a terrible smell in the pipes of the bathroom.

The location is incredible!! Very friendly host, spacious room and good value. Picking up the keys was difficult, I would strongly recommend you communicate with the owner via whatsapp before you arrive as there is no obvious entrance.
