And neighborhood The room that was given to us was on the ground floor, right after the hotel entrance. The door had an old-style push lock and didn’t make us feel secure. It could be opened just by pulling and was locked with a button. There was no electric kettle in the room

there is no air conditioner in the one of the room, it's an old building, only painting, there is a lot of noise at night, you can't sleep, there is no lock in the bathroom, the iron was broken, the washing machine was not working , the room lightening it was so dark and bad you can not see anything,their behavior was very bad. The elevator was very small, no one will help you to carry your bag,

Our stay at the hotel's three-bedroom suite had a few positive aspects. The suite was spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of seven. The staff were polite and tried to help whenever possible. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a bus station. The area was quiet, allowing for undisturbed sleep with the curtains closed. Additionally, the hotel promptly replaced the broken fridge with a brand new one, which was appreciated. Air condition was very good. Our stay at the hotel's three-bedroom suite had several drawbacks. The bathroom was problematic, with a malfunctioning shower, a cheap plastic toilet seat that its lid wouldn't stay completely open, and no place to hang towels except for a rusty towel warmer. The drain was clogged, causing water to pool up to the ankle during showers. The kitchen had issues too. The gas oven had loose knobs causing you could not operate the oven easily. The dishwasher was filthy and unusable. Room service was inadequate. They only made the beds vacuumed the rooms and collected garbage from the suite but did not take it out. and they did not clean the bathroom. The beddings seemed clean, but the duvets underneath were very dirty. The elevator was small and shaky, adding to the discomfort.
