Location and staff very kind. Thought it’s faculties can be a bit out dated, still comfortable, clean and with character. Nothing in particular really

Location is awesome. Every main places in the city in 20 minutes walk. there was no window in the room (but I was alone and didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal), there was no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste set in the room, and there was no new water brought to the room (but there was a water cooler on the common floor)

Staff were very friendly. Good location. The bathroom had no ventilation, no fan. The room was just ok not clean.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Istiklal Avenue, which made it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their warm welcome really made us feel at home. The cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. The breakfast was goo, simple but sufficient, I’d give it an 8/10. It had enough variety to start the day right. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! RAS

Wonderful hotel! Very close to Galata and center shopping, restaurants, metro. Very nice, kind and interesting staff. The fiesty cat is a huge bonus. I had very early flight so missed out on breakfast. Every was clean, comfortable and definitely want to and will come and stay here in future

Amazing location & very friendly staff. The windows on a noisy street with a lively nightlife might be a disappointment for someone who prefers silence.

I liked the location most. It was a short walk to the incline, near a lot of bars and right off of the main shopping street. If you want to be in a quiet area this is not for you. The place is very dated, but has a fridge, elevator and the staff were nice. The walls are very thin, someone in other room seemed to never go out - tv on a lot. Breakfast could benefit with more western variety included. The lighting in bathroom obviously designed by a man. Can’t see to put makeup on. They need a bright white light over mirror in addition to existing single light in bathroom.
