The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with an excellent location. The staff were polite and friendly. Nursel was very kind and helpful.

The bedsheets and towels were a bit old and overused, but it was ok

close to istiklal street, spacey, and clean, high rise nothing I didn't like, but it would be nice to provide conditioner and tissues and water in rooms

Location is the night bar scene, know before booking, not family friendly or quiet part of town. Filthy! Sheets, blankets, sofa, towels were all stained. Body hair found on sheets. The general manager was impossible to work with. Because the reservation was fully paid and not adjustable he refused to allow booking to let us modify the stay. He lied to us and said that it was booking who wouldn’t let us modify while I was on the phone with booking customer service telling me he had denied us the modification. When we confronted him he became angry and started yelling at my wife and teenage daughter. I had it at that point and told booking customer support that the manager had become angry and that we could not stay with or without the refund. Beware this property and any in Istanbul that don’t allow modifications. I found the area was up charging the rooms with terrible conditions knowing the pictures showed much nicer conditions than reality. Only choose this place if you want to be in the nightlife bar scene and could care less about the cleanliness of the room or customer service.

Old, uncomfortable, bad insulation, could not sleep because of music

People are great! Fridge can be renewed. It would be better in the future if TV larger size and window with noise reduction. Good window will help to sleep better over the night if you are not a fan of night disco music.

The hotel was really clean, everything was neat and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better – close to the main attractions and with great access to public transport. What impressed me the most was the staff, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed.

Good location. Two minutes from Istiklal street. Breakfast was poor. The hotel is in a main bar area so it’s loud until about 2:00am.

Mürsel the manager first helped me check out from another hotel, he picked me up in person which I really appreciated it. Everything was clean and I really liked the breakfast!

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is great, 1 minute to Galata Tower. I recommend this hotel 100%!

The suite was a good size, with free wifi. Good location. There was not much variety for breakfast. Evening staff couldn’t provide anything until the morning, even in emergency. The staff could not speak good English.

Breakfast boring . Location very very very noisy, cannot sleep until 4 am Room boring . Change colour, brown is depressing Change with blue marine, purple. Better and diversify at breakfast( tea can be fruits, mint, green….not only black,we got children , they prefer fruits tea) Room small , depresing. Change colour from brown in other like purple, blue marine. Changing beds and towels just if you request. If you not in room you don’t get clean towels I would like to change towels every day and at least every 3 days change the beds

Good location in Taksim There are many bars in that street so we heard music very loudly starting from 1000pm until dawn.
