The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the rooms were clean as well, especially considering the price. The staff were excellent, especially the reception team. Matin and the guy on the morning shift were super helpful and really nice to talk to. The ladies in charge of the kitchen and cleaning the rooms were incredibly kind and sweet, I really liked them. I liked the breakfast! It was always fully stocked. Definitely try the vanilla cake and that interesting herby cheese, both are great. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The sound insulation between rooms was poor, and we could hear everything happening in the corridor and neighboring rooms. Additionally, during our six-night stay, we were asked to move to another room, which was a downgrade from the original one.

Good location to attractions, but also means it’s loud from the street noise. The bathroom had black mould in the sink and we noticed bugs on the first night. The room wasn’t ready upon check-in, we were made to wait for 1.5 hours in the basement (breakfast) area, with no explanation why it wasn’t cleaned on time. Breakfast area is tiny and small, average selection. We didn’t bother looking at the spa, given the lack of cleanliness in the room.

What we think was a sewer smell coming through a vent, and the bathroom was very small. The closeness from the sink to the toilet was a little difficult.

The mainly the staff the breakfast cook excellent and can and the other guy who is working on the afternoon shift and the lady who cleans the room they all made my stay very comfortable thank you all.

Hotel is located in the more upmarket part of Istanbul with lots of restaurants and bars right outside the door . The main shopping strips is a 50 metre walk with all the overseas brand name stores alone it , The old town and markets are down the hill and over the bridge. The room was smaller than the photos lead to believe which ill put down to artistic license. but it was comfortable. My room was on the top floor and the relay junction box for the elevator was right outside my door so every time the elevator stopped or started i could here the relays clicking. I was told all room have a balcony and the room photos show that but mine only had a window overlooking the back streets all through the first night i could here a droning noise and when I told the night staff the next morning he said he was unfamiliar with the noise but when I told the day manger he knew exactly what i was talking about and closed a hatch or something to quieten it down . I cant help thinking that hotels that I book using Booking .com with my Genius 2 status discount put me I room that is on the top floor or has no view or similar .

The receptionist was extremely polite, respectful, and professional, and tried to handle the situation calmly. Despite contacting the property prior to arrival, the room we had booked was not available. The owner’s attitude felt pressuring and unprofessional, including references to calling the police and deportation, which was very distressing. Rooms smaller than the photos

I absolutely loved the hotel’s location and the staff. Our stay was an amazing experience from start to finish. The team were extremely helpful and always happy to recommend good restaurants around the hotel. The location is very central, and the rooms are warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The sense of safety was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
