The breakfast was very good, and the view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. I went back there after 5 years so these I mentioned were always strongest part of the hotel As a couple, we were surprised to find that only one towel and one pair of slippers were provided. The furniture, especially the bed, feels outdated and doesn’t appear to have been updated since our previous stay five years ago. The hotel is in need of renovation—the bathroom had a noticeable mold smell, and many of the bathroom fixtures were old and worn.

I liked how helpful the staff was. I liked the breakfast we had every morning. I liked how close the property was to the ferry station. I liked the daily cleaning and new clean towels, the gentleman that had this task did an extraordinary job and he was so sweet and kind. I didn’t like how small the room was. I didn’t like the shower, it had some weird black patches that i don’t really know what is was, but it looked disturbing. I didn’t liked the fact that the TV wasn’t a smart one, and we couldn’t really use it for anything because we didn’t understand turkish

Location cross from the Bus that take you to airport and also the ferry to get you around Istanbul. Breakfast is fairly ok , view at breakfast is fantastic. The room is way smaller what I expect and finally the hot water on the shower will take over 5 minutes to get hot.

Nice terrace with harbor and sea view towards the old town. Good breakfast. cozy lobby. Great location and welcoming staff, but my stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious taxi scam nearby. Be cautious - hailing taxis from the street is risky, and even using apps like Uber doesn't guarantee safety as they will find a way to cancel the ride and trick you into paying with their skimmed POS. This was my second encounter with such scams in Istanbul. I strongly recommend only taking taxis arranged through your hotel reception, as they typically work with trusted drivers. The city urgently needs to address this taxi scam issue.

Great clean up dated room. Breakfast was excellent with a great view. Room was sound proof. Staff was always friendly and ready to help. Would recommend it and stay here again.

The rooms with sea view are fantastic, recently renovated, spacious with clean toilets. Location is excellent in Asian side of Istanbul, right on the Bosporus, 5 walk to the ferry station that takes you to The European side in very nice way of traveling. Don’t take Taxis if you want to go to European side, will be very expensive and traffic isn’t great, just take the ferry and enjoy the sea. The breakfast is great, in the terrace. The hotel is also few minutes with the most touristic area in Kadikoy with lots of restaurants of good quality.I honestly recommend Deniz Hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean hotel. Excellent location in Asian side of Istanbul, right in front of the Busphorus with the ferry station that goes to the European side within 5 minutes walking. We enjoyed travelling between both sides with ferry. Excellent breakfast in the terrace viewing the sea. Very good value for money.

There was a plumbing emergency there for a couple days and would've been kind to get a warning ⚠️ about water shut off temporarily

Very nice terrace for breakfast, professional and friendly staff. Location, the last metro station of the SAW metro line. Charming Kadikoy neighborhood.
