We choose to stay another night at this hotel because it felt right

Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms, restaurant and lobby areas were clean. Location is great: Nice park with children play area directly infront of the hotel. Blue mosque is less than a km away. Easy to access public transport. Seaview from Terrace was great. Swimming pool water was not clean. Sauna wasn't working. Bathroom had molds, need better moisture management. Breakfast was average. I would appreciate traditional turkish breakfast menu instead french fries with nuggets. It would be great if they can consider to replace instant coffee powder machine in breakfast buffet with a bean grinder coffee machine.

Location is just a 10/12 minute walk away from the main square and is very close to the shore, with a nice view looking over the small garden in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a variety of options, but overall, it was low-quality, and so we decided to eat most of our breakfasts at other restaurants. The staff was nice and accommodating, though they felt a little intrusive during breakfast, keeping a close eye on the breakfast bar and tables, and we felt like we were constantly being watched while eating. Overall, it was an average stay. Decorations in the lobby and our hotel room were slightly deteriorated and unkempt, and they were very outdated compared to the photos online. The pool, sauna, and steam room were very small and not well kept, either, with lots of broken pieces inside. Although it was an average stay, we probably won't book at this hotel again, as it wasn't as nice as the photos and reviews suggested.

The hotel needs to train their staff about local traffic situation. Due to incorrect information about local traffic , we ended of delaying at Sabhia Gockan Airport and that’s leads us to buy a new ticket. Their staff told us that you will reach airport one time if you leave at 5:30 pm but it took 4 hours to reach and we left for airport at 5 pm. If they don’t have info they should let us know. Due to that we reached airport late and we ended with buying another ticket. So this needs to improved. Rest service is excellent And one more thing taxi service is crap there please be careful with hotel called taxi. They will ask you money in the kid way and if you deny they will divert your route and cause delay.

Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, getting taxis, taking bags to the room, exchanging money, providing directions, doing everything they can. The elevator is pretty cool, definitely the highlight of the hotel. The pool was OK, but it's pretty small, even by hotel standards, I'd say it's 8 yards by 4, but pretty deep, which is good. Definitely not for lap swimming and gets crowded if there are more than 3 people there. Rooms were clean and they give you a large bottle of water free, which was great. Rooms and beds were tiny. It's been a while since I stayed in bed this small. In order to close the door to the bathroom, you have to step into the shower. That should give you an idea on how small rooms and bathrooms are. Pillows were hard and huge, I had to take the pillowcase off the pillow and put the decorative pillow in there to make it manageable. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not great. Sauna in the spa did not work all 3 days that we stayed there. Steam room was tiny and did not work either. The large hamam was a good experience, but one of the three faucets did not work. Showers in the spa did not work and had plumbing equipment stored there. Not sure if they are doing some renovations, but it seemed that no one is really taking care of it.

Location, Value for Money, Facilities, Breakfast and everything. Staff were friendly and helpful amazingly. It was within walking distance to the top Historical Istanbul landmarks.

well situated for old city - 10 mns walk

The spa facility was very disappointing. I chose that hotel for the spa, and I couldn't use it. It's supposed to be open at 9 am for women, but the sauna and hammam were completely cold when I arrived. The place was deserted, no one to direct you on what to do. I left...

Need to be renowated

Very good location, the staff is enchanting, especially the young gentleman from the reception desk. We had a very early check-in request wich was fulfilled without any issues. Breakfast was great and for a long period of time.... 'till 10.30. The terrace was awesome! It offers a beautiful sight! The only downside would be the fridge, wich , actually is only a cooler that doesn't really freeze at all.
