Although they confirmed my reservation they didn’t let me in. They are scammers. Don’t ever think about to book.

Families with children should absolutely avoid this property Do not trust their listing almost nothing matched reality. No coffee machine, no cooking equipment, no cleaning supplies, housekeeping twice in 11 nights, and breakfast stopped after 5 days. They should suddenly wake us up in the morning, handing over breakfast. Really inappropriate. Water cut off once, no hot water another time. Staff speak zero English. Worst of all: staff threw our clothes worth €150–200 in the garbage by mistake, then laughed about it. Lost our key and got charged €60 for a lock worth €10. Avoid at all costs

It's nothing like the photos, it's dirty, bathroom is rusty af and you share space with a roach, a few bugs and a fcking army of ants, who don't respect private space at all. It's a goddamn zoo, not an apartment.

Nothing. I booked a room, but when I arrived the booked room was not available. The staff suggested me another option - basement floor with a terrible conditions. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I BOOKED. I had to look for another hotel. The worst thing , that the hotel didn't make a refund. We agreed that they refund , but they didn't do it. Waste of time and money. Looks like a scum sceme.

Rooms are very big for such price

The location is great, very close to Taksim square. the room was clean, the ac and wifi worked well. the staff, especially Daniel, was very helpful and attentive. he even let me use the bedroom and bathroom after I checked out so I could freshen up and rest before my next flight.

Its far 10 minutes from taksim located in a very narrow street with steep slope its very humble place to just sleep the price is as the facility as much you pay you get Comparing to hotels its nothing but if you need just bed its good and the price is good and its clean hotel the reception amir is nice

It was very comfortable for us as it was very close to Taksim Square. The staff was very nice and helpful in solving our problems. A small, sweet, family hotel.

Very good location. I stayed 3 days in march 2025 and did all the tourism walking! Very convenient location. It was a good relation cost/benefit. The internet worked fine and the guys gave me information for using public transportation.

The worst hotel ever! Everything was old and full of bugs. We paid for breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. I have to edit my comment now because the hotel has responded, and I can't reply directly. First of all, this is the funniest response I've ever seen. You charged for breakfast and now say, "If you saw there was no breakfast, you should have left." ? Secondly, when we arrived, the person working there only spoke Turkish and didn’t understand English. So how exactly did they inform us? Thirdly, what you did is considered a legal offense in Europe, and you are responsible for compensation. The party responsible for collecting this compensation from you is Booking.com, as they are the ones who took our payment. Now, it is also Booking.com's responsibility to remove you from their platform. I have to edit my response again because the hotel has once again changed their reply and continues to lie. No food ingredients were given to us at all. Booking.com should take action against the hotel's dishonesty, and I believe they have already done so by removing them from the site. Everything is broken.

It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. There was no breakfast, even though we had paid for it. Everything was broken and old. I am editing my recession to respond to the hotels comment. First of all, my reservation is for less than a month ago, so according to what you mentioned, it should be stated on the website that your hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but that is not the case! Secondly, you do not have the right to tell me that you didn’t force me to stay after I’ve already arrived and paid the full cost! Instead of solving the problem, you want to kick the guest out of the hotel! This is a huge irresponsibility. Thirdly, the issue with your hotel is not just the lack of breakfast. Everything in your hotel is old and broken, and it bears no resemblance to the photos you posted on Booking.com. I hope those who are considering booking your hotel see my comment and don’t get deceived like I did. Additionally, I would like to inform those who are considering booking this hotel that the management offered to refund the breakfast cost if I removed my comment here! I leave the judgment to you! There was nothing that I liked. Everything was old and broken. Look at the pictures I uploaded. Instead of proper equipment, they gave us a portable gas stove, and there were no kitchen appliances at all. In the end, they gave us a few dirty and unusable pots and pans.

Terrible customer service. Suat is far from the sweet and accommodating persona others described. He lied to us about supposed "technical problems" with the water in our room, but we know for a fact that our reserved room was given to other people. To make matters worse, they didn’t inform us beforehand about this room change. We had made the reservation on November 17 for December 31, yet they still failed to honor it. When we confronted him, he suggested canceling and even said, "Find yourself another hotel, no problem"—on New Year’s Eve! He initially refused to give us a discount and only did so after a heated argument. While the room was changed on the second day, the damage was done—our first night, New Year’s Eve, was spent in a terrible room on the -1 floor that was smaller, lacked a kitchen, and had no TV. Even the “right” room we were moved to was rusty, without any kitchen supplies, and clearly in need of repairs. The administration's carelessness completely ruined what should have been a special night. P.S. After we leave the location, they put that we didn't do check-in, terrible
