The Location is perfect. Just 8 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The hotel was clean.The beds were comfy. It was clean. The breakfast was very nice everyday the menu was slightly different. There were many different kinds of Jam, Cheese, Fruits,Breads,Omelet and …. The only problem was two nights we asked for two bottles of water in our room and we never received them. The Internet connection was not great. Also never ask for the Taxi to the airport from the hotel. The best way is calling an Uber. Their taxi service is more expensive than Uber.

The view is wonderful also the location is very good. I like on of the staff there(check in guy). he was so understanding The water cut out in the middle of my shower, which was pretty annoying. I also ended up getting charged for the water in the room. which I thought was included. The service was mixed: the guy at check in was wonderful, he was so understanding and professional, but the woman at checkout was highly unprofessional. She demanded a positive rating in a bossy, commanding tone, which is no way to speak to a paying guest.

The property itself is fine, but the service did not meet expectations Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 a.m. by taxi. No staff member came to open the door or assist us, despite traveling with children and 11 suitcases. No help was offered, and we had to carry all the luggage inside ourselves. During check-in, we were told to go to our room and that the luggage would be brought later. When we received the room, there were no slippers. After requesting them, we were told they were out of stock, even though this should be a basic amenity. Housekeeping was poor. Used cups were not replaced, especially after making tea. Sometimes cups were removed and not replaced at all, forcing us to call and ask for new ones. Tea and sugar were also not refilled. Additionally, when we requested an iron, we were informed that the hotel does not have one, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. Overall, the service quality was very low and does not reflect a 4-star hotel. We would not choose to stay here again.

Lightning in the room was bad, cleaning and room service was not satisfactory. We expected higher value for money from the four-star hotel.

Sehar was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was kind, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Her genuine care and excellent service made me feel very well looked after. Thank you, Sehar, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable.

The staff are very very rude no help

Clean and big room , taxi can reach quickly, good place near to taksem and metro also near to supermarket and other restaurants When going to Taksim , there is a slope that make walking a bit difficult but it’s ok taksim still near the hotel
