Overall, I had a pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues.

The service was excellent, and the hotel management and owners were very kind and welcoming. The hotel feels like it is run by a small family, which gives it a warm and personal atmosphere. The furniture is new, the rooms are clean, and there are very few rooms on each floor, so it is very quiet with no disturbance. The location is also great and close to all services. Honestly, I did not face any major issues during my stay. Everything was comfortable and the stay was pleasant.

This was my second stay at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the management and owners were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel has a warm family-run atmosphere, which makes the stay feel personal and comfortable. I really liked that the furniture is new, the rooms are clean, and there are only a few rooms on each floor, which makes the hotel very quiet with no disturbance at all. The location is also very convenient and close to many services, shops, and restaurants. Overall, I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay, and I would be happy to come back again. I did not face any major issues during my stay. Everything was comfortable and the stay was pleasant.

The staff was very friendly, I got the most wonderful welcome from Doudou since ages. I had a room upgrade which made the experience top notch. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Taksim!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, room was clean, I enjoyed spending some time at the spa as well. The big machine at the gym doesn’t work, cables need adjustment I think.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient. Breakfast was acceptable overall. The soundproofing was poor, I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which made it feel as if they were talking inside my room. The noise from the air conditioning was quite disturbing and difficult to tolerate, especially at night. Breakfast could be improved in terms of both variety and quality of the products offered.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, staff were very attentive and helpful with suggestions and directions. The bed is large but the mattress was hard which made it difficult for us to sleep but it depends on preference. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Metro and 10 minutes walk to Taksim Square and main shopping street. The restaurant and many food options are a few minutes walk, overall a good stay . Mattress was hard

Attentive and very responsive staff. Nice to have spa with a good operating sauna. Could order food and beer and eat at the hotel. Forgot some personal belongings and staff members were very responsive and accommodating. Nothing I could think off, overall we were happy with the hotel

It has facilities like spa, pool, hamami, which is great for the price. The included breakfast is few but sufficient. The room were small, almost only fit the bed. Then the spa , pool, hamami are only open from 15:00 till 22:00. And the location is a bit of a walk to the main square , in a less nice neighborhood, we even smelled pee while walking in the street to the taksim square.
