This was a great hotel in an excellent location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Nooshin, Emren, and Kerem, and all of them assisted us whenever we needed help. The room was spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, the metro, and Istiklal Street. I would definitely book this hotel again if I visit Istanbul in the future and would highly recommend it to my family and friends. The only downside of my stay was the room temperature and the bathroom condition. I arrived on a cold winter night, and the room was very cold. After asking the front desk, they turned on the heater eventually around 6 pm, and it took quite some time to warm up. When I spoke to the owner about it, he handled the situation quite seriously; I felt he could have responded more kindly when I mentioned that I was shivering. Additionally, the bathroom felt outdated, and the shower design allowed water to leak onto the floor. As a result, the entire bathroom became wet and slippery. The fabric slippers provided were not safe to use on the wet floor, and my father and I nearly slipped a couple of times.

The placement is perfect very close to takcim street. Also it was a calm and comfortable stay. Staff are kind and helpful. The only thing bothering was, the rest room didn't have any air filtering mean functioning which was bad due to our long stay.

TV not working at all even reported maintenance. guests next to my room were very noisy and irrespectable during late night hours. Location is good near Taksim Metro Station, restaurants and Istiklal St. staff were nice and helpful. the view was on the back area and furniture is old.

Location was perfect. 5 min walk to taksim square. Friendly staff specially Yacoub. Good stay for 3-5 days. They don’t the rooms regularly. You have to ask so they plan it one day ahead. There was a bad smell in the room for the whole stay.

Overall, the hotel had a good location and the bed was clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues. The reception staff wasn’t very friendly, and we noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The fridge also had a strong smell that made it basically unusable—we had to close it right after opening it. Another downside was that during the few days we stayed, no housekeeping came to clean the room or provide fresh towels. I’ve actually booked this hotel again, hoping they’ll fix these issues for the next stay.

Wifi is not working at all and they say we reboot the router and at the end they say too many people are uing!!! Ac was leaking while even was off. Heating was off in October!!! Receptionists were totally unprofessional and not kind, for checking and check out times.

Good location.. Spacious room The hotel needs rennovation .. I suffered from small flies entering the room from the lobby since my room was a lobby room .. I advise they use pesticides Wanted to host a guest in my room for an hour.. receptionist’s reply was I can allow 5 minutes sir .. I wish he answered by I will charge you instead of aswering such an answer .. it was so unprofessional. Despite that it was acceptable for a short stay and budget wise .. but don’t expect much .. photos look better
