Very close to the Taksim square and public transportation. Overall nice apartment but few things needs fixing (power sockets, light switches etc..)

Of the positive aspects of the accommodation, I can mostly only mention its proximity to Taksim Square. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were clean. Although at first glance the rooms seemed clean, upon closer inspection, there were some shortcomings: the floor was kinda sticky and dirty, the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor, the plates and cutlery were not properly washed, and the bathroom could have been much cleaner. Due to its location, the accommodation was a bit noisy, but there's nothing that can be done about that. We could have overlooked these issues, as we only spent the nights at the accommodation and were out in the city all day. However, on our last night, we unfortunately encountered unwelcome guests—somehow, two MICE got into our rooms. We noticed this around 2 AM, after we had already gone to bed. It's possible that food scraps in the trash can attracted them, but their presence is completely unacceptable and disappointing at any accommodation. I reported the issue to the staff in writing, and they promised to resolve it. I hope they keep their word and that future guests won’t have such a bad experience.

The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff kindly agreed to get us an earlier check-in. We had a midnight flight and really needed an earlier check -in. If you are traveling with family I'd say give this a miss. The place is poorly maintained. Location is decent. The bathroom was fine , however the room had cigarette marks in the side table, bedsheets etc.

The room was not clean enough. They only clean every three days. Our kettle had both coffee and tea left over from the previous visit, I bet it is still not cleaned until today There is no isolation to the windows. You will hear every single noise outside the room, including people fighting, which happens every single day. There is no elevator, and stairs are very narrow and dangerous. Try not to get a higher floor

Nice terrace view. But I guess that's all I have to say as what was positive in this appartment. Difficult to find and write pros versus the cons ... This roof apartment (with a nice terrace view) does not really deserve a better grade than ‘satisfactory’ The stair case is very narrow and steps are higher than standard (expect to stumble with or without a luggage ! ) The toilet seat is moving on its base and one has to ‘manually’ fill its tank with the shower head to be able to flush the toilet The pillows (except one) are like blocks of stone, honestly it’s a real challenge to rest a normal head on these Staff at the reception are polite indeed but really casual, I don’t really think they feel concerned with customer requests —- As for the rest it’s OK, as advertised, but in my opinion and according to my experience (October 2024), this room does not worth the money they are asking for.

The staff is friendly, the place is very close to Taksim Square, the rooms are nice and all means of transportation are available.

There is a supermarket that has everything you need. The reception disk is available all the time. The location is very close to Taxim Square. I reserve without breakfast but the issue in the location is the ramp to get out to Taxim Square. The cleaning of the room happens every 2 days and is not done on the last day, so from Friday to Friday only 2 cleaning times. The quality of the room cleaning isn't good and we are 5 persons however they give only 3 disposable slippers and the reception disk didn't respond to that issue.

It was close to the Taksim square There are many things: 1. If you opt for bigger room, then it will be at the top floor that is 5th floor with no elevator and stairs were uneven. 2. Not suitable for kids as you don’t have elevator and stairs are dangerous because they are narrow. 3. No parking. Even street parking is not allowed.

Located close to Taxim square I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The noise levels were unbearable; I could hear every footstep in the stairwell and noises from other rooms. To make matters worse, there was a nonstop party in another room all night long, with people screaming, jumping, and blasting music. When I complained to the receptionist, he dismissively said it was always like that and that nothing could be done. This place is a nightmare. Don't risk your stay here - avoid this place at any cost
