Location is very good Empty soap and shower gel bottles, breakfast is the same set everyday and they charge extra money for water for a breakfast (only coffee and orange juice are included in breakfast), that’s crazy to ask for extra money for just drinking water

Everything is excellent, at prime location and spacious room and relatively new. But the breakfast is not up to the mark. No breakfast

The only downside for me was furniture inside the suite, its huge and bulky brace your toes for impact.

Good rooms , lots of space , good furniture , and a very very nice and helpful staff It has no lobby , and the facilities aren’t that great , had a problem with the sink a few times , and you can hear the voices from the other rooms which was really bothering us

The staff and spacious room The reservation system, once you book they debit your credit card and it is not possible to modifiy your stay even if you made a mistake, they take the total amount from tour credit card and then none answer at the reservation :(.

The location was the best we ever had in Istanbul. Metro station is right near the hotel. Istiklal Caddessi and Galata tower are both up to 5 minutes away. Our room was on the less busy side of the building, so we didn't have much noise problems. All in all, it is too expensive for the provided value. We got a room for disabled people. Although we booked for a superior double room, they gave us a room on the first floor which is for people in wheelchairs. The whole room was set up for disabled people. The toilet seat was very high, the shower area had a chair sticked to the wall for that same purpose. One positive thing about the shower (and the whole room) was that it was really large - again for the same purporse. The staff was not very friendly as in other hotels. We even tried to avoid them due to cringe encounters. It remains unknown if that is because they are shy or just rude.

The location is excellent, and the staff are extremely polite and professional. I experienced exceptional care, attention, and courtesy from everyone. The place is very comfortable and conveniently close to major attractions such as Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and Taksim Square. This hotel will definitely be my choice for my next visit.

Staff were really nice, big rooms, modern bathroom, great breakfast, good location. Room was quite run down. Needs upgrading and some repairs.

Great location, it is near galata tower and the shopping district! Good value for money. Staff (nihat) was very accomodating! We got upgraded to a nicer room :)

Only the location is good. I have booked for the King suit room, but without my consent they gave me the queen suit. Upon asking, they gave the excuse of renovation. But they took the payment as King suit room. After I checked they told that they will refund the money. But still I haven't received the refund. While checkout, I asked the receptionist to send someone to help me with my luggage. But there was no one to help. So I had to carry all my luggage by myself. Food also not upto the mark. Only 2 water bottles are given for a day in 3 people.
