We like the hotel and location the room was very good and spacious The breakfast was very very limited and every day same, I ask for water they say you have to pay for it Anything extra you need to pay … it was in restaurants connected to hotel and look that not belong to hotel

For us the location was great because we were near important atraction(Galata Tower,Galata Bridge,Taksim Square,...). The room was like we ordered and the breakfast was great mini turkish breakfast(neither too much nor too little,just enough) The air conditioning must be improve with more power for speed of ventilator.

Room doors are not very soundproofed, but overall during the night everything was quiet. Gym and spa are very basic but clean. The breakfast is good, but it's the typical Turkish one. No choice on food, no international breakfast. After a few days, if you are not into savory food, this might become an issue. In case, don't book it with breakfast included.

Location is good and easy to access the main places. Metro station is next to hotel. Grata tower is at the main entrance. Reception Staff is cooperative Need to improve some facilities like cleaning, corridor management. They have to change furniture quality. Some tea and water should be in rooms They should mention the phone extension numbers

Location was perfect, a short walk to Galata Tower and right in front of a metro stop; the Turkish breakfast provided with our stay was truly AMAZING, the room that we got (main bedroom and living room) was very spacy and comfortable for our party of four (we even had a nice partial view of the Bosphorus) and the amenities included were very adequate for our stay. Again: We particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it truly made our experience all the better. The staff at the terrace restaurant, they were very rude to us. We were unable to find out online how to make a reservation so were told to go directly up to the restaurant to try to get a table. They DID NOT treat us well and were particularly ruder when we politely asked if we could just look around, giving us a BIG NO with a harsh tone of voice.

Location is very good Empty soap and shower gel bottles, breakfast is the same set everyday and they charge extra money for water for a breakfast (only coffee and orange juice are included in breakfast), that’s crazy to ask for extra money for just drinking water

Everything is excellent, at prime location and spacious room and relatively new. But the breakfast is not up to the mark. No breakfast

The only downside for me was furniture inside the suite, its huge and bulky brace your toes for impact.

Good rooms , lots of space , good furniture , and a very very nice and helpful staff It has no lobby , and the facilities aren’t that great , had a problem with the sink a few times , and you can hear the voices from the other rooms which was really bothering us
