The Staff's supportiveness was exceptional(Mr Burak was special), also the location was perfect, a good hotel for a normal price. It was clean enough what I especially appreciated too.

The location is very good. Rooms are small not enough for luggages, they made me pay extra money for breakfast even it says on website “breakfast included”, no free parking you need to park your car in the garage for 20€. In general the stay was decent :/

The rooms are extremely small, and the breakfast area is tight, crowded, and uncomfortable. This is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.

He was extremely polite, professional, and always welcoming. He helped me with everything I needed, and his quick and friendly assistance made my stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the great service from the reception team. Thank you to everyone, and a special thanks to Emre for his kindness and professionalism

I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a massive letdown. I paid a significant amount of money, expecting a luxurious experience, but what I received was far from 4-star quality. First off, I booked a package that included spa access, but to my shock, I was told I had to pay extra just to use the facilities. This is misleading and feels like a scam. If I’m paying a premium, I expect full access, not hidden fees. Then there was the air conditioning—or lack thereof. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. To make matters worse, the TV didn't work either. I tried to relax in my room but ended up frustrated instead. Breakfast was another disappointment. The options were limited and the food was bland. I could barely find anything appealing to eat, and what I did try was subpar at best. What really irked me was the staff's insistence on receiving a 5-star rating. Instead of focusing on improving their service and addressing valid complaints, they seemed more concerned about boosting their ratings. This left a sour taste in my mouth. Lastly, the hotel door kept getting stuck, making it a hassle to enter the room.. this one certainly didn’t live up to the standards of a 4-star establishment. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and underappreciated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience. Save your money and look elsewhere!
