The hotel has a great location in the heart of the old city, close to the main attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good

The location was wonderful and the staff very helpful in getting us oriented, explaining the public transportation and suggesting a late check-out due to our late flight. The panoramic restaurant on the roof had a super view and delicious food, and was good value. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. The neighborhood around the hotel was interesting with good food and interesting shops. Be sure to explore the area across the street behind the shops. We really liked this hotel. Nothing.

Very close to things to visit and very convenient environment. Especially spacious restaurant for breakfast was awesom. The furniture and bed were old and broken. However, the swimming pool and sauna was available for night.

Roof top restaurant was lovely Pillows were like hay bales There were no tissues in the room We had to ask for a couple of glasses for water The doona was too small for the bed Breakfast was very plain - no bircher muesli for instance. Cereal was very palin. Not much fruit. Yogurt looked very lumpy

Whenever I’m in Istanbul, I always stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is great, and the staff are simply outstanding—always kind, professional, and ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. A perfect 10/10 for the staff!

Very clean, good location There was AC noise in the room (even when turned off) There was light coming in in the morning At the swiming pool, we were told we have to pay 20 euros if we want to use after 5pm

Very conveniently close to surrounding attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The shower could you a little upgrade. The drain kept getting clogged and water overflowed.

Nothing as nothing was as photos Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. I would not recommend it and would not choose to stay here again. My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was very disappointing. The staff were generally unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality. Smiles and courtesy seemed to be missing, making guests feel unwelcome. The room itself was in poor condition. The carpet felt sticky and unclean, and the furniture was outdated. The bed and pillows were far from comfortable, and even the pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another major inconvenience was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room. I was told that hotel policy does not allow irons in guest rooms and that laundry service would take 24 hours. However, I later discovered that some guests had been provided with irons, which made the explanation seem inconsistent and unfair.

The staff specially shahinas were very cooperative providing 7 stars services. The relaxation facilities like swimming pool,spa,Turkish bath is marvelous. Absolutely nothing.
