We stayed here for just one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly generous and upgraded us to an executive suite! It made our short stay feel like a real luxury getaway. Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere, I would definitely stay here again! Nothing to add here

very bad very no good

The communication in english could be better. I didn't understand why my debit card was automatically rejected in the first place, because later on I could pay with the same desk at the front desk, but then I was charged 30€ more, due to exchange rate difference.

Some floors are not renovated and rooms are very old with cigarette smell, dirty carpets, old painting on walls and old furniture. We asked for a room change. Staff was very polite and supportive. Changed our room to a new floor which is newer but still few problems we had. Bathroom door making noise, shower drain was blocked and worst room window was making a lot of noise in last night due to outside windy weather, made us difficult to fall a sleep in our last night before our flight. Overall except for location (close to airport metro) and hotel staff, nothing we liked and doesnot deserve a 5 star hotel ranking.

Good spa 24/7 room service with good food This hotel never had 5 stars!! ..maybe 20 years ago The room was dirty, full of dust, old furniture, walls with cracks, poor heating, wind was blowing from closed windows that need urgent update. The furniture was full of dust, bathroom with hair on the floor, no amenities/vanity kit like a 5☆ hotel should offer Poor/medium breakfast. Bad lighting and not centralized (in the room). Very old AC with heating blowing after 30 minutes of cold air Entrance door to room, very old and the whole hotel and rooms need urgent makeover and update. Overall this hotel should be honestly rated at 3☆ maximum. At least the room I had and what I experienced during my stay there.

Hotel need complete renovation unfortunately. Room and bathroom room are old ..

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The location was very close to the metro which takes you directly to the Istanbul airport. Also the hotel is surrounded by many nice local restaurants, a fresh grocer and ATMs from large banks. The front desk manager Gorkem was exceptional in customer service. We had a small mixup with our room reservation and he addressed it quickly, professionally and responded in our room the next day with nice treats and a beautiful bath towel Art on the bed. We think he was the best of the best. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The hotel rooms are very much in need of renovation. We stayed 5 nites in room 205. The tiles are old and grout was stained. All areas smell of tobacco smoke. Although “no smoking” signs are posted they are not heeded. We believe the room next door had a chain smoker. The bath towels were clean but rough, frayed and old; the phones in both rooms (we stayed one night later before our departure) were not functional so front reception visits were required for assistance. The bathroom floor tiles in 825 were cracked and the shower door was off hinge and seals were loose on showerhead holders. They could use a FT handy person to do some simple room repairs to address this. Apart from this the beds were clean and comfortable.
