Great location, convenient rooms, very good staff and service Bathrooms to be upgraded or renovated

In my opinion, the property no longer meets five-star standards. The hotel feels outdated and is in need of renovation. The carpets throughout the hotel are very old and create an unpleasant odor in the rooms, which at times resembles a musty smell. While the housekeeping staff work hard and keep the rooms clean, this issue cannot be resolved by cleaning alone. The highlight of my stay was the view, which was truly beautiful. Unfortunately, aside from the view and the breakfast staff, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this category.

A good stay after a 38-day trip. This was my 16th hotel. I'd like to thank the employee yesterday morning who kindly extended my check-out time until later. The hotel is good and practical, and the location isn't far from the metro station that connects the city center to the airport, although the pedestrian walkway and sidewalk are a bit of a drawback

Exceptional hospitality and care of the hotel staff. Lots of smiles and excellent room cleaning. Delicious, fresh and varied food. A pleasant smell from the bed linen. Mesmerizing view of the Bosphorus. Nice lounge, delicious wine. From the subway to follow to the exit 2, it's about 5 min walk till the hotel. Underground pass to get the opposite side will save 30 min. There is no hair conditioner. I wish there was.

The breakfast is not good

Everything about this hotel is amazing - vibrant, great amenities, location and the suites in particular. The view of the Bosphorus is stunning. The restaurant is located on the top floor so you can enjoy breakfast/dinner at its best.

Maybe the wi-fi. Only one guest could be able to use the wi-fi with the hotel room code.

I travelled to istanbul to attend a tango festival .In the reception there was a guy named Efecan , he was very helpful , very kind in all aspects . Wonderful breakfast , amazing view, spacious room . There was also room service guy that I don't remember the name and he was superb friendly , we asked his help to open the Battle of Wine for us and he showed up with Two Wine glasses, Ice and some nachos. For some reason the electricity of the room had problem and we had to change our room . It was a very taught situation we faced with . I think every hotel shall be prepared for an emergancy cases . The hotel asked us to change the room at night . We couldn't see anything because of the darkness and asked for some light but they showed up with the mobile Flash light . If EFECAN wasn't there , I would definitely give score 2 to this hotel. At these situation I was expecting supervisor to at least apologize for what happened . But no body even a single person didn't talk to us , only efecun has helped us with moving to the new room. In the website they said that it has a pool, jacuzzi and turkish bath . We couldn't use jacuzzi as it was under construction and in turkush bath the water was not that hot that you enjoy it. Another missmsnsgement that happened was the Safety box that was not working and we asked 5 times to Repair it , but still took them 12 hours to proceed our request and still we had to leave our vsluable staff in the locked suitcase and they couldn't fix the Issue. Before guests arrival everything should check by the management and room services.

Location and cleanliness. Nothing.

Located in a convenient location - a few minutes walk from metro green line and the airport line, great for business travel. Welcoming staff speaking good English - staff were able to meet all our needs in a timely manner! Good view over the busy city with no noise. We checked out early in the morning and really appreciated breakfast to-go prepared for us on demand! Nothing comes to mind

Clean, Easy access, Sincere and Helpfull Staff, The Quality of Architecture -No smart TV. Connecting smartphone to TV would be very useful. -Warm bed lights and Cold hidden lights on the ceiling are connected to the one dimmer. Should be seperated. -Other than that everything was excellent.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to many good restaurants. It was pleasantly quiet compared to the central tourist places I used to stay in. Nonetheless, it was well connected with public transport and taxis so that we could visit various places easily. Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options every other day, including fresh fruits and pastries, and nice catering. Very clean rooms! Excellent spa with a clean swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all of which were very well equipped with lockers, showers, and other facilities. The fitness room was also very well equipped with many machines and training equipments. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with our airport trip and provided many other tips. Overall, one of the best places I have been to. I will visit again and highly recommend it to everyone!

I didn’t like the staff especially the reception they were terrible and so ride non helpful and they were very mean and arrogant for no reason didn’t smile and I didn’t feel welcome there I stayed at this hotel twice but after my last encounter I will never stay there again

I don't like that I was supposed to have a parking space that I could use throughout my late stay, and at the end of the bill, when I got home, they told me that there were no parking spaces at the hotel and I would have to leave my car in a parking lot at my expense.

My stay was wonderful! The housekeeper, Yilmaz, did an amazing job the room was spotless and very well maintained. Room service was quick and efficient, and the bellboys were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience! there was a spa, there was no therapist available during the entire 10days of my stay, which was disappointing.
