Very convenient location if you want to access airport via the metro.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! I truly cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness—they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. It is so rare to see a team that takes such pride in their work, but this hotel proves there are still people out there doing their jobs perfectly. We felt so taken care of and will definitely be back!

Such a lovely hotel in a great location! It’s super close to public transportation, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. The place is clean, quiet, and well-kept. The staff are always smiling and ready to help. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming, I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Very comfortable and pleasant escape from the city within the city but still close to everything needed. Felt like a home. Staff was so lovely and welcoming. I hope to come back.

Location is great. Staff was very helpful and available all the time. Will come back again.

Very comfortable bed. Bright room. Great staff. The hotel itself has a very nice vibe. Calm, hidden form the rest of the busy area, it provides perfect conditions for a proper rest. Very poor wifi. Acquiring a wifi extender or anything similar to improve coverage would help a lot. Breakfast could improve. Doesn't correspond to the rest of the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable beds, staf was polite. Nice and cozy interior. The elevator is in operation. Beautiful courtyard with tables by the pool. Quiet but very close to main road, 400m from Gayrettepe M2 metro station. The breakfast could be just a little more varied, but what was served was quite good. However, there are no significant complaints. It is possible to dine on the shaded terrace :)

Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect for our needs.

The lady at reception was very nice and friendly. The breakfast options were limited but tasted good. The breakfast staff was not friendly and took our plates sooner as expected, it wasn't a nice move. The mattress was awful. We reserved a double room, but, actually, it was 2 single mattresses put together, and it was very uncomfortable as a couple to sleep. While we were at the hotel, they were doing some renovation, and it caused noises . Also, we saw an insect in our room and it wasn't a good experience.

Near Gayferette station Dirty. Old, dated, mouldy. Leaking shower cubicle so if you shower, the bathroom will be flooded and you will need to walk through puddle of water to get to the toilet. The first night we arrived after a long flight looking forward to a good night sleep, extraordinarily roadwork with heavy machine just outside the window started from 10:30 pm to 3 am. Small breakfast with limited options compared to other hotels in Istanbul we’ve stayed at. Very expensive for the quality we’ve got.

Excellent staff and a very good location of the hotel! I was visiting as I had an exam at the Prometric centre which is about 10 minutes walk next to the Metro station - making this hotel a great choice if you’re visiting for exams. Breakfast was very decent but could be improved by adding yoghurt

The property did not have a lot of rooms which was nice as it was very quiet. The facilities were very easy to navigate. Cleaner attended each morning to provide room cleaning which was to a good standard Myself and partner were accused of breaking the TV and the shower head in the bathroom. The TV in the room was slanted since we arrived to the property as this had not been properly attached to the bracket correctly. The shower head was also broken upon our arrival. During our stay we had someone knock on our door to state that we had broken these - due to the language barrier it was very difficult to communicate we had not done this. We were also accused of breaking the TV as they stated it did not work. Upon testing this ourselves afterwards, it did turn on perfectly fine. I would recommend checking these rooms upon the previous guest leaving to avoid false accusations to those after.

The ambience of the place. It was nice, spacious rooms and comfy hotel. The staff were excellent. The best option to commute from hotel is to use metro which is 5 minutes. Uber and taxis are not reliable and take alot of time due to traffic etc.

Great location, close to the metro station to central areas and airport. Tidy and clean. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Hair drier seem to stop working after some time and then you have to wait until it starts working again. Bathroom floor is very slippery when wet.

Excellent breakfast The mattresses are super old and very soft. They need to be replaced ASAP. Broken furniture should be replaced. Booking.com shows the hotel has a workout gym but it's a joke for the old broken few equipment they have in their dark basement.
