Nothing Smoking, even in “non-smoking” areas it stinks. The hotel is definitely not 4*. Photos and reality do not match at all. Breakfast is extremely bad, for the same price a week ago I was in a real 4* hotel.

Clean, modern and has a wonderfully friendly (but not intrusive) and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, lunch and dinner choices are many but not overwhelming and fairly priced. Building is protected with fire sprinklers, smoke alarms and marked exits. There are two Metro stations within walking distance. Location is off the main road so quiet and peaceful at night. Staff and available amenities, the fact it has modern fire safety and security systems.

While booking I requested "the view" - and the view was awesome! The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I will come back!

The hotel own little shop is quite expensive. The requirement not to bring own food and beverages sounds somewhat unfair. The walking distance from the metro is reasonable even with the luggage, but because of the narrow pavements and the hill it is a good idea to take a taxi on the way back.

Situated in a quiet area, not far from the metro station, very convenient for overnight stays. Nice facilities, overall good experience. Towels need an update, as well as it would be nice to have some shampoo/conditioner not just 2 in one thing in the shower. The hotel is very quiet but soundproof could be better as you can hear people showering in the next room. Other than that, all good.

This hotel is very close to a key metro stop linking the main tourist sites as well as the airport. We booked it for this reason and were very happy. The breakfast was also excellent. If you want to avoid staying in the main tourist area and therefore not have the stress of traffic jams to the the airport (note the new main Istanbul international airport is relatively far from the city itself), book this hotel or a hotel nearby. The metro is really easy. Also there’s a carrefour supermarket nearby for stocking up on heathy snacks for the kids as we day tripped around seeing Istanbul’s amazing sites.
