Simple breakfast, and not that confort bed, and not having a duvet to cover your self.

Rooms clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was done daily, with fresh linens and towels always provided. Also our room was with the balcony, where we have enjoyed the view of the city. I didn't take a photo of the room, but it completely matches the photos on Booking.com. Location perfectly situated near the historic center. Major attractions like the Süleymaniye Mosque and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions and gave great recommendations for places to visit. Especially thanks to Sveta and Julya. They have shined like a stars. Sometimes WiFi signal was weak in the room.

The location is great, easy to access with public transport. The main attractions are really close to the hotel - The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Mosque, Gülhane Park - in max. 20 mins accessible by foot. The bed was really comfy, the staff was helpful and kind. Although the room was fine and the bedsheets were clear, it was impossible not to see the lack of vacuum cleaning. :(

The breakfast was excellent and suited to everyone, every day. The staff was super helpful with recommendations, and check-in. The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations. In one of the rooms we booked, the flush/sink in the bathroom was leaking.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay. There was no community kitchen or place to cook which would have been nice to have.

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us throughout our trip by calling us cabs or calling people on our behalf for activities. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast could have been more varied. The window blinds did not close fully or were not wide enough.
