Endless Suites Taksim

Location is near from takasim midan and rooms is it large

The location was great for our football trip and the staff were very friendly

We arrived after midnight and were greeted by a helpful young man, who once we checked in, helped with our bags to the lift. The ladies who were responsible for breakfast did a fabulous job - they catered to our requirements with a smile. Housekeeping were also friendly and helpful. The day staff and afternoon/evening staff were very helpful giving guidance on how to use the metro, where to go, how much it would cost etc, The location of the hotel was great - just off Taksim Square so it was easy to find our way home after a long day out sightseeing. The room was spacious, big bed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, When we booked we thought we were booking an apartment - complete with kitchen, however when we arrived although there was a cooktop, there was no crockery, cutlery, pans etc. When we queried this we were told that it was a rule that no-one in the old area of town were allowed to use cooking facilities in case there was a fire. (A bit odd considering..) However we were able to take plates and cutlery from the breakfast room to use in our rooms. Also the shower (although really really good in terms of pressure and hot water) had a tendency to spill out over the bathroom floor so we had to request extra towels just to use to mop the water up. Also a couple of lights weren't working and we were missing a bedside light on one side of the bed.

very clean place. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. stayed here for 10 days and it was an amazing experience. would totally recommend this place

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a very good experience. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very humble and cooperative. A very special thanks to Maheen who helped us a lot with our room upgrade from standard to deluxe. She was polite and respecful making sure we got all of our questions answered. She guided us in terms of the area and gave us recommendations for places to eat in Takseem Square. Also a very special thanks to Ahmed who gave us detailed information about the area and arranging the taxi for us which was a big help. Overall an amazing experience. N/A

The staff was very polite and amazing. The location is exceptional very close to Taxim square and Taxim tunnel which you can use to go anywhere in the city. The bed was quite comfortable. They had wi-fi and a TV. Also, the breakfast was one of the tastiest we’ve had in istanbul. The bathroom was not clean and the shower was very uncomfortable to use.

I had an amazing stay at Endless Suites Taksim. This was my second time choosing this hotel mainly because of Özcan Odabaş, who is extremely professional, smart, and always helpful. He made me feel welcome again and gave me confidence to book the same hotel. Ahmad was also exceptional — very kind, patient, and guided me with everything I asked. The whole staff was friendly and caring. The location is perfect, rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and overall everything exceeded my expectations. Honestly, nothing to dislike. Everything from staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast was perfect.

I got an early check-in + upgrade. The view is great, and the breakfast is decent. The staff are really helpful. I didn’t have body gel. Chair was broken.

Mariam is the best (breakfast doing) The receptionists are gentle and helpful It is quite no disturbance at night Near taksim square so you can take the bus or metro easily The breakfast should be more diverse

The staff are amazing, the location of the hotel is near of everything.

Our stay was a total nightmare. The staff were unprofessional and hostile, reaching a peak when they inexplicably canceled our reservation in the middle of the night and forced us out onto the street immediately

Many amenities are old or not functioning perfectly. As for breakfast, it could do with more variety or not repeating same every day.
