I have been to this hotel twice with friends and everything was perfect. Very nice and attentive staff, rooms are always tidy. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square. I would visit again with pleasure.

It is located in the residential area along with the other hotels, so at night it is quite peaceful, maybe you can hear people walking and chatting a bit. Everything in the room is good, a bit small but it is okay for two people. Nice A/C, hot water, comfy bed. It feels a bit far from Havaist bus if you have a big luggage. We got the underground room (with window), it was a bit struggling for us to move the large luggage down there without elevator. Staffs were quite nonchalant, but they weren't rude.

The night time staff was unprofessional. The air conditioning system was none-sense where you had to use two separate systems that one only provides heating and the other provides only cooling!
