The hotel is really nice and it's location is great, just 5 minutes walking from Taksim Square. The big compliment to the hotel stuff. They are all really kind.

The room was cold,and there’s only one towel (it was too small)

i found a bug and they did nothing to me about that the owner said that he knows about it and can’t do anything it’s small and a lot of hair was on the bed

Perfect location, very helpful and kind staff, very clean and lovely room, there is an elevator so its easy to move the heavy baggage.

Place is cozy and clean. Some of the stuff doesn't know English. The mattress of the bed was not a king or queen size, it was two single separate bed that sticks together, which is not comfortable for couples.

Location was wonderfu, and nice receptionist

It was clean and very nice room, saber was a really nice and polite guy, he can help you with everything. Same times we are arriving to late but he is always waiting for us and he can also help us at that time, the owner also very nice people, if i have a chance i will come back for sure ! Soorry I miss talking about the location, it’s really amazing place, taksim is a really nice area near to all places!

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff — especially Saber, who went out of his way to help us with restaurant recommendations, directions, and must-see spots in the city. The management was also very flexible and even offered to move us to a room with a desk for remote work, which we appreciated (even though we ended up staying in the original room). We booked the most budget-friendly room, which was quite small — so it’s important to manage your expectations if you choose that option.The hotel was very clean, and the location is a 10/10 — close to Taksim and Istiklal, but still in a peaceful, residential-feeling area without tourist noise. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed. NOthing

Good location Small room

I just wanted to recommend a great hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very very friendly and helpfull and the location was perfect—close to everything. I really had a great experience and thought you might like it too !!!

Very good

The location was good. Not too far from most of the good attractions. There are 2 parking lots nearby. We used one of them and for 24 hours we paid 10€. We were on the last floor and the view was good. The room had a bad smell. There is a "call for a prayer" and they play specific Turkish music from the minarets 5-6 times per day. I don't mind it usually but they play it at 5 in the morning and it was very close and very loud to our hotel. Especially at the top floor because the sound wave comes directly.

Superb

The hotel is located in the quiet street close to Taksim metro station. The guy at the reception was very nice and helped me get my suitcase to the elevator (and this is another thing I liked about this hotel). The room was small but enough for one person. The mattress was very comfortable and they got radiator in the room and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The bathroom really needs some sort of hooks for towels. I was surprised when the guy at the reception asked me to pay with cash as there was no such information when I was booking this hotel. Eventually I paid with card because I simply didn`t have enough cash with me but I think if you prefer cash it's better to put this information in the description.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my visit to Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ali and Sabir for their outstanding service! The room I stayed in had a lovely balcony, making it very comfortable and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel is also located in a very safe area, which gave me a great sense of security throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-serviced stay in the heart of Istanbul. I will definitely be coming back!

It’s cheap. However, I assure you that when this hotel is on a discount, that is not a discount. That is maximum value that, they usually charge. There is no way they can charge you full price of it any time. They would be ridiculous considering the quality. I was welcomed by a passive aggressive teenager with irritative facial expressions. There is a foreigner worker there who is a good guy. But the one with a earring is a annoying teenager with poor communication skills. On the other hand, they have no habit of giving you a bill for money you pay it seems. I had to ask it to get it, and it seemed they are not used to it. Additionally, sheets are dirty, I uploaded the photos for you. Additionally, location is close to taksim but the street you walk to there feels little unsafe. And internet connection they have is terrible. One day electricity was cut and there was no generator so I had use elevator for 3 levels and water was not flowing during that time as well.
