Glamour Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

The location is amazing right across from the train. The bald front desk man was incredibly kind and helpful. He made the stay worth it and is always willing to help and answer questions with solutions. The bathrooms were very small and the elevators take a while. The building it’s self is old, but if you are just here to sleep in the room the location and staff make it worth it for the price point. The breakfast was tasteless, but the view was nice.

The room was great, and they went out of their way to help accommodate 3 people for a lower price and great hospitality. The space in the bathroom was a bit low to put all your belongings, a couple hooks would be helpful - but overall a good stay. Also, needed a bigger blanket if two people were sleeping in the queen bed.

The hotel is located few feet from Sirkeci train station, the Tran stops and the ferry station. It is walkable to many attractions including Haya Sofia . There are many restaurants and shops close by. It’s very touristy area but very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast on the roof to is great and the beds are very comfortable! The room was very comfortable. But the bathroom could be larger.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were all incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. I especially want to mention Yunus and Orhan, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Honestly, every staff member was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.10/10 Nothing

All the staff members were extremely kind, polite, and friendly. Their warm attitude made us feel very welcome, as if we were at home. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, who was incredibly cooperative, professional, and supportive. He made sure that everything was perfect during our stay and was always available to assist us. His positive attitude truly reflects the high standards of this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in a very lively area, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and all important places. Everything is nearby and easy to reach, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding service, a great location, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and excellent hospitality. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast can be better, the room is small (but like the most hotel in Istanbul), it was construction in front of the hotel, was hidden the view from our room.

Location The room are very very small you dont have space to keep the bags

Location was very central. Tram 1 station was next door that connects you to SultanAhmet and any other major attraction. Staff was very helpful, all of them, very kind and very honest. Their transfer service from airport is very good considering the price and that you get a van all by yourself which is helpful if you have more than 3-4 luggages or are more than 3-4 people. The staff decorated our room and gave our little two kids some small llokum box and even wrote their names in their beds in a piece of paper to welcome and surprise them. The dinner cruise with the company they work with, for the price we got it, was a steal and very nice. Breakfast was great and at roof top where you can see Istanbul even in winter as it was covered by plastic or glass and you can eat while you see Istanbul wake up. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of food, they also can do eggs anyway you wish on the spot. Staff of the restaurant, like that of the reception, is very kind and very helpful. They have there also a restaurant on the same spot, open until 11 or 11.30pm, which is helpful if you come late and dont want to wonder around for food. And the food of resturant was very good as well. It may be one of the few restuarants on a rooftop. Family rooms, which are two and in 2nd floor, are small. The heater is kn all the time and it is central. Even theough they have installed thermostat control in each room, they dont work as it is controlled centrally. We couldn't sleep without leaving the window open all night as it was very hot for us and even harder when you need to cool off two rooms with one window. I heard a guest complain he was cold. So, they really should let everyone control their own temperature. These were the onmy two negatives, but then you have to account for the oerfect location and the economical price. Dont expect a fancy hotel level of comfort if you are paying an economical price and you get a very functional that completes around 80-90% of your needs. But if comfort is the main priority, AC/heater personally controlled and big rooms, especially if you are 4 people, and want everything else Glamour Sirkeci has to offer, then you have to pay up more.

The room service was extremely disappointing. We stayed on the 7th floor near the restaurant, and while the outside noise was manageable, it was quite loud as we were in the center of the noise. Our reservation included breakfast, but the smell from the restaurant was unpleasant, so we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel. Additionally, when we approached the counter to ask about weight or other services, our first impression was that the staff couldn't speak or understand English. However, we realized they knew English very well once they needed to offer additional services.
