Old Port Hotel

The staff went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. They arranged our airport transfer both ways, stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, and were always ready to help with any questions. We even forgot a blazer after checkout, and they quickly helped us locate it and arrange its return. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of the main historical attractions, Bosphorus cruises, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. The room was not large, but it was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional hospitality and genuine care from the team. Thank you for making our visit so easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

The service was exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we could get everything we needed easily. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was very very nice. Best bathroom I’ve found in Istanbul! The breakfast was also very simple and delicious. A good mix of Turkish food and some more Western food options. Loved it!!

very clean place and very friendly staff and the owner upgrade our room it was nice the place is very near from many transportation metro bus and ferry we love our stay there something when i ask i know it is out of there hand it is from the area, i talk about the internet connect perfect to stay and bring your internet

Really enjoyed my stay at Old Port Hotel Istanbul. The staff was the highlight of the stay. Reception was staffed 24/7, and everyone was great; especially Davut who was day shift, he was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and spokes many languages. Kitchen lady was extremely hospitable and had a warm welcoming smile. Kitchen was very clean, she made us feel like we were in a Turkish home. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet and good privacy. Really enjoyed the view and mini-balcony, high floor with elevator. Overall, very comfortable stay and would highly recommend. Room was small, but good.

This is my second time staying at Old Port Hotel, and once again, it was a great experience. This time, I came with my brothers, who also appreciated the spacious rooms and overall comfort of the stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to Dawoud, the wonderful receptionist who, as always, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He is attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring—his presence truly adds to the positive experience at the hotel. Honestly, Dawoud is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thanks to the entire team.
