The location

The room was well equipped, clean, not small considering being a triple bedroom, the staff were nice and very friendly and helpful, we had issues with a few things on arrival which were immediately fixed and changed to our satisfaction. House keeping lady was nice respectful. The breakfast was very nice on the rooftop of the main hotel, good variety and food was delicious, amazing view, highly recommended as part of the experience. The location is one of its strongest features being located less than 1 minute away from the Sirkeci tramway station and less than 1 min away from the train station, and 5 mins away from the Eminonu Ferry stations, and 5 mins away the Metro station. And 10-15 mins away the Eminonu bus station where you can grab a bus to pretty much anywhere around istanbul. The location is within 1-2 public transportation methods to pretty much anywhere you want to go or anything you want to visit. Also within reasonable walking distance to the Galata bridge, Gulhane park, topkapi palace, hagia sofia, sultan ahmet, grand bazar, spice bazar, and other touristic attractions (with public transportation options for those who don’t like to walk) One issue was the absence of an elevator in the classic hotel section (There is an elevator in the other hotel the main Glamour Hotel), we were staying on the third floor of the classic hotel and had to go up the stairs every time, but as young people, we didn’t consider it as a major issue (could matter for other older people booking on the higher floors, for that i recommend booking in the main hotel Glamour Hotel). But value for money, was not enough to be a discouraging factor for booking if you are okay with using the stairs. Other than that, there wasn’t any other issue with the property.

Good location, good breakfast , near for every where boats train and tram .

The location is the the top. Just next to all kind of transportations and there are many restaurants around and the area is really alive. The room is very large

Value for money. This is the second year we come to the hotel and we loved it. Great location, comfortable beds and friendly staff. A big thank you to all the staff, including Mr Ibrahim. Would definitely recommend the hotel !

We didn’t like anything about this hotel we have been very disappointed it’s was completely a loss and this hotel ruined our vacation we trusted booking.com and booked with it but we r highly disappointed we want refund. There is no elevator the receptionist was rude he trapped us on check in and changed our room by saying he is giving us bigger room but actually he gave us faulted room the toilet was extremely small and smelly dirty and the AC was not working it was extremely hot and suffocated our kids got sick my husband got sick we had to move out 2am in the nite because of this cheap hotel we want refund we paid 300$ to this hotel. We have proof of checking in to other hotel at 2 am in the morning. It was waste of time and energy and money. We want refund
