Room excellent and staff went above and beyond their duties to satisfy our needs.

Wonderful staff, who always takes care of my parents when they visit! Communication is excellent and fast, arranging a transfer to and from the airport. Great location! Thank you, always a wonderful stay.

Located in The Sultan Ahmet district, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to Tourist attractions Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. Breakfast had a decent spread. Our room was spacious, nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Guest Relations person at the Yavuz hotel, Umay Atalay made our stay very special. She provided great guidance, was caring and friendly. I would rate her 10 out of 10. Nothing to report here.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. Restaurant on the top wasn’t the friendliest.

We had a very pleasant two nights stay at this hotel as part of the Turkish Airlines Stopover program for one complementary night. The location is within walking distance (approx. 10 – 15min ) to the Sultanahmet area (Hagia Sophia etc.) the T1 tram stop and restaurants. The staff was friendly especially Umay who was also very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room and bathroom were modern, clean and spacious. They served a nice complementary reception with tea, sandwiches, cookies and fruit between 3-5pm and breakfast included a variety of items.

A couple of nights we had some room noise above us from people moving chairs around. I'm not sure why that was, but it was a busy time at the hotel during the beginning of Ramadan. ?

The only good breakfast experience in whole of Istanbul was from this hotel for us personally. It was authentic culture food for me that me and family hadn't tried before. The head chef Oktay was very upfront about meeting his guests needs. Had the best honey comb and espresso on ice experience. Umay was very quick to get things fixed and handled staff exceptionally well. We stayed for a whole week and everything especially the blue mosque was like 15 mins walk from here. Also I would recommend to go to rooftop restaurant one time cuz the view is of the city and blue mosque is to die for. Some of the facilities when I checked into the room needed to be tinkered with. Didn't had hot water which was later fixed. So I had a very smooth experience overall.

We was in room 416 and every morning around 6am there was noise from the pipes water noise which woke us up.

To much traffic outside and congested

Close to Blue Mosque and grand bazaar Elevator was so small

The location is excellent, with all the attractions just a short walk away. My review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning UMAY ATSLAY—my family and I met her at breakfast, and she truly represents the spirit of the hotel with her beautiful smile and willingness to help. She even showed us the basement near the breakfast lounge; an underground area that’s 800 years old.

Beautiful property, views of the bhosphorus from the room Steep walkway to get to the main area and to catch public transportation. Ok for us but might be hard for people with mobility challenges
