Near main attractions, walking distance Terrible bathroom, is tiny and the shower has no room at all, if you take a shower everything gets wet. It is a basement, super narrow and curvy stair, door jam not secure if you push the door hard anyone could get in. No cleaning even when we put the sign at the door to do it. Area not so nice, dirty street. And bathroom door broken, cero privacy.

Good location, nice host, clean and quiet My room was not for tall people

The location wasn't extremely central which we were ok because it was still within walking distance from most of the main sites. The reception guy was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was in a very bad condition. The bathroom door was broken, there was no shower door, there was infiltration in the bathroom ceiling with a big hole that would drip, the shower was broken with water going every which direction. It was also very noisy at night. It seemed like they left all of their housekeeping jobs to be done between 11pm and 8:30 in the morning. They were cleaning the stair cases at midnight and talking loudly and hitting the walls, pushing beds, hammering would start at 5am and they only stopped after 8. So it wasn't a restful trip.

Good location, good value for the money, the kettle was a life saver in a cold week It was noisy, overnight had to ask twice staff to stop banging the doors

People are very helpful 24/7 service

Located in the old town which is convenient. The recent Google reviews with photos show the true condition of this place in which has water damage and black mold throughout the room. Not safe to stay in! We ended up booking an alternative AirBNB

For the price of the stay you can't expect too much, but there was still something. The accommodation provides a fridge that I like to utilize anywhere I stay. But the fridge was stinking disgustingly if opened. Looks like someone doesn't know you keep the door open when you unplug it. It was unusable. The tap was hardly attached to the sink, and you had to use both hands to use it. There was mold in the bathroom. When reported to the owner, he said they would fix it, but nothing happened as if this conversation had never taken place. We stayed 5 nights. Looks like the owner didn't care. Don't try to open the fridge in room 3 at Valeria_2. It can be harmful to your lungs. Let me know if this ever gets fixed.

Good location Modly room, broken fridge, the door handle was barely hanging which made me feel unsafe, super small balcony, it was not super clean. The host organized my pick ip at the airport and I got hustled by the taxi driver who threatened to leave me in the middle of nowhere if I didn’t pay him immediately. Very bad way to start my trip.

Loved the room, comfort, amenities, amazing service and the spectacular decor! Ideal location and excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Valeria. It's been an exceptional experience throughout ?️?️?️ At first I was a little put off with the non-descript sketchy "Reception" and the 5 minutes walk to the actual hotel (they have several buildings in the area), but I was immediately reassured on arrival and the overall experience more than made up for the trifle little initial impression. A little electric cart ride could easily fix that one little fault. They did however carry my luggage over the short walk.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with the accommodation. I was given a "better" room with a balcony, which I did not request… The wall was severely moldy… The heating did not work… I had to message Mustafa almost every evening to turn on the radiator, which was inconvenient because I was sick. The doors and windows were not in good condition… Cold air, wind, and outside noise came through… The balcony door could not be properly closed. In the hallway, there was a "window" without glass, which also let in the cold. In the bathroom, sometimes there was hot water, sometimes there wasn’t. The tap did not work at all… They promised to fix it, but after 7 days, nothing happened… This made even brushing my teeth difficult. The TV did not work either, even though I reported it. I requested a room change to the one I originally booked, but I was told that it was much worse and colder. There was no cleaning service. It’s a shame because this apartment has potential, but it definitely needs some investment. The location was good, very close to everything. However, it is on a very steep street, so you need to be in good shape. There are many restaurants and cafés in the area. Looking back, I regret booking this place. Despite the friendly staff—whom I barely met—the condition of the apartment was extremely poor. It definitely needs renovation.

We loved to stay here! The hosts were just so friendly, helpful and nice. Always a smile and welcome when we saw them. Great guides for the city. We got a lot of value for the price. Room is nice and clean and you can not hear the vibrant lively street outside. Rooms are just as you see on the pictures. We would love to stay here again!

Nothing The address is wrong. The hotel is situated in a poor area. It's a kind of industrial area, there are a lot of shoe shops around. Noise and dirty region. Leak in the bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work and no channels on the TV. The receptionist wanted from us to pay in cash as the manager wasn't there. Eventually, we succeeded to pay with a card after insisting about that.

The 2-minute walk to the city center is great. The atmosphere of the hotel is quite historical. The friendly staff is ready to solve whatever you need. The rooms are very clean and you can sit and enjoy the hotel's terrace with sea view at any time you want.

I would absolutely recommend staying in Valeria Hotel. It is a very nice and cheap place in a walking distance from the city centre and all the major sites. It has a really interesting Anatolian-looking decor and the rooms were perfect and clean. The most important fact is, however, that the people working there are quite helpful and friendly. I would definitely go again to this place and I would strongly suggest everyone the same.
