First of all, AMAZING reception staff!! Very nice people, helpful and friendly. At the check in, they gave me all the details I need without even asking, which I am very thankful for. Full respect to these guys, the hotel is lucky to have them. The hotel have very good location, you have literally everything you need near you, walkable distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazar. Plenty of restaurants and markets near the hotel, and they are almost open 24/7. If I am going to travel to Turkey again, I am gonna stay at this hotel. Nothing I didn’t like about this hotel to be honest

The location was great if you want to go fast in the near sightseeing like hagia Sofia and kapali tsarsi. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean but the toilet is connected with the sewage system a little bit weird and it has a slight smell if you left the lid open for hours. Nevertheless it's not a deal breaker at all.

A special thanks to Mansoor and the other guy (forgot his name), They were extremely helpful and approachable. They guided us on the best things to do around the area, shared useful local tips, and patiently helped us order food. Their support and friendly attitude really stood out and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Great service, warm hospitality, and a place I would happily recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Will start with Fazal, He went above and beyond to accommodate us. and even after checking out we still stayed in contact and he helped us with the last minute taxi. from SAW airport to another hotel. We took two tours from their Options. One for Bursa and one for princess Islands the guide in our Bursa tour (Yaqoub) Was also a really good person. The room was clean and spacious. Fazal Even kept one our luggage for almost 10 days as we had to travel further than Istanbul. Fazal gave us the map to the city and guided us with good nearby restaurants and ways around the city. The Location is really Good. The Shower drainage was clogging but it did not bother us that much. rest everything was good.

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. It is close to all important landmarks all in walking distance. Close to the tram. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day.

The staff was very friendly and kind, the location was excellent, my room was extremely quiet If I were being picky, the bed and pillows were firm, but that is a personal preference. Some would like them that way. They are not old/sticking you with springs or anything, they are clean and new, just not soft.

It's a very nice hotel, it's close to everything, very clean and above all we were wonderfully taken care of by Mansour. He took care of us from start to finish to make our stay go as well as possible and despite my difficulties in English he remained very patient to always explain everything to me. Thank you again for your kindness, I will come back!!! Nothing to say, everything was perfect!!

He was kind, as were the rest of the staff. The room was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near major tourist attractions. I suggest providing potable water in each room, rather than requiring guests to go down to the reception area to get it.

Location is near Sulltanahmet. The balcony had a view of blue mosque. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room I was given was not the same as the one shown in the reservation photos. Even worse, there was a terrible smell coming from the drains that made the room uncomfortable. I chose this hotel based on positive online reviews, but after my experience, I genuinely question the authenticity of those reviews. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
