Very close to a historical locations Accommodation was smaller than I thought. But anyway it was lovely stay with breathtaking view.

Nice central location to most Room was not 20m as requested, it was much smaller and could hardly walk between the bed and TV wall. I noticed other rooms were bigger than the one I was put in. They claimed all rooms were the same size in the new hotel block but this is not true, obviously!

The location was good as it was walking distance from everywhere. The fact we had to go down a lift and cross over to another building and go up a lift to get to our rom. After an exhausting day you just want to get to your room quick. Plus the rooms are quite small - I was told I was upgraded to a bigger room but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. The breakfast was not great the eggs were not full cooked and was not alot to choose from. Advertise a spa but was not able to book a massage. Does not say parking is paid - as I would have chosen a different location.

Room not upgraded as I got the message. SPA was not available, I selected this hotel because of SPA. Confusion of time out even got the email for approval

Nice room, comfortable, good bed, clean. Nice location, close to the centre No parking. It was promised but as a fact I had to search pretty far parking, pay additionally and bring all my bags on my back… Weak breakfast, no meat, fish, even eggs - my friend is vegetarian, she doesn’t eat meat, I don’t eat pepper, on breakfast were served eggs mixed with sausages and pepper, they refused to provide even normal eggs…. It’s very strange for 4 star hotel, breakfast bad, nothing to choose from. The rest was almost ok.

The location, staff, and breakfast were all amazing! The door let in too much noise from outside, and I could still hear the sound of toilet water from the bathroom even after closing the bathroom door
