The room was perfectly located, so we could see over the water and part of the city. The breakfast was wonderful, the reception provided a "mobile breakfast" when we had a taxi very early in the morning. The available tea bags in the room weren't refilled each day, so some days we didn't have any tea to enjoy on the rooftop during sunrise. Roof terrace: maybe make something that provides shadow. Now you sat in 100% sun in the middle of the day --> this is a suggestion, the rooftop was still wonderful!!

it was a good deal, friendly staff. how good location is, depends on what you want to do, it was near the most tourist attractions but it is far from everything else. there is no elevator for the upper floor rooms, the breafkfast was ok.

Location is close to SULTANAHMET Meydan and restaurants, the room was very clean, service was great. Mr. Tamer was helpful with our service and car.

We really enjoyed our stay. For the price, you get excellent service and outstanding value. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, which made every morning even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the towels were fresh and smelled wonderful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking – you simply leave your car key with the staff, and they take care of moving the car if needed. Everything was very convenient and stress-free. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel. Nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

This was our first time visiting Istanbul, and staying at this hotel made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The property is very well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly attentive, confident, and passionate — a strong presence who clearly takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Their leadership reflects positively throughout the hotel. The staff were outstanding: courteous, professional, and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, which made us feel very comfortable in a new city. Overall, this hotel set a wonderful tone for our first visit to Istanbul. The location was good, although the room was facing the railroad tracks and we couldn’t get good sleep Too noisy, we had to walk up to the fourth floor on very tight staircase and there was no elevator
