Near to City Center In first room balcony door was not closable. In next room, this was ok. But room is not well isolated, neighboring guests are very well hearable. Ok for 2 nights.

The staff helped us carry the bags upstairs. It was dirty. Other people's rubbish behind desk, not cleaned properly. Dust and dirt everywhere. Mould around tap, no proper curtains and half finished curtain rails, lamp hanging on a thread, only 1 of the 3 bulbs worked. Tehy didn't service our rooms every day and when we asked about it they just shrugged their shoulders, couldn't care less. I will never stay there again and I hope you will listen to my teview and not stay there.

The location is amazing, it was so good to start our trip there because we were literally inside the historical part The bathroom was clean and they cleaned it everyday The host are actually really nice, they even held one bag for us while we traveled to Trabzon for 4 days It’s not clean at all, the room smells like the sheets were never washed.. glad I have my own sheet snd cover or I wouldn’t have slept at all

Everything was very good, it was a price performance hotel, the friends at the reception were very friendly.

Location is great, breakfast is not diversed, but enough. I liked the view from the balcony. Staff was helpful. Staff was helpful, but... we are ok to hear that our room will be ready in 2 or even 4 hours. We arrived at 8 a.m. and it's totally fine to say that the room will be ready by 1 p.m. for example, but at the reception they told us to wait for 1 hour, then at 9 a.m. 10 mins more, in an hour 10 mins more again. We checked in at 1 p.m. don't remember exactly, maybe at 12 40. If we were given the right info, we would go somewhere and wouldn't stay at the hotel asking about the check in time every 30 mins

The staff is very good. Breakfast is good. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. 100% satisfied Everything was fine. Just room roof height was short but there is no problem because I guess all other rooms were booked already. I don’t regret anything. I am really satisfied

Lower your expectations! If you start with this, you'll appreciate your stay. The hotel had our room nicely renovated, just like in the pics, but with no attention to details. The restaurant/terrace is on the top floor with views to the see. Very nice that the terrace is open in the evenings too. Mert, the young man from reception was very friendly and polite. (I'm sorry I forgot to tip him). Manager willing to provide info and help when needed. Parking next to the hotel. Acceptable price. The most positive think about the hotel is the price. It is more than enough for what you pay. And especially since, in Istanbul, you won't spend to much time in the room (unless you go there for a beauty update) We left with a bitter taste. All was good until check-out. I don't know if it is a common mis-en-place in Turkiye, but suddenly we received a bad attitude from the manager even though we left a tip in EUR and a transportation card with money on it. The cost of parking was never mention in advance and in other reviews is free, and popped up at the end. No worries since it is 5EUR/day. Quite acceptable. Wi-Fi unstable. Breakfast similar everyday. AC struggling.
