Great location in Taksim square and Istiklal street I can’t open the window.

Very nice property located near Taksim and Istiklal street. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very fast. The guys on the reception were super friendly and helpful. The turkish breakfast was good as well.

Very nice hotel close to taksim and Istiqlal street. The room was good and the bed very comfortable. The cleaning was perfect, it is done early with 2 small bottles of water everyday. I arrived at 7:30 am to the hotel, and they gave me the room directly and without extra charges which few hotels do it. The wifi is very fast and the breakfast is good as well even though it’s the same everyday. It’s not a buffet but a platter with many items. The WC had a sliding glass door that didn't close properly, and we could hear water leaking from the toilet all night. There was no mirror above the sink, which is a must.

Staff was very kind. Great location! Garbage cans right outside the entrance of the hotel, breakfast platter was very sad looking & rooms are too small with very congested bathrooms. No dressing tables either!

I stayed for 4 nights. It was pretty clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious i thought booking a hotel in the center of city would be good idea but it turned out wrong. The location is 3 minutes away from taksim square so it’s always very crowded and lots of people.

The apartment was located just 5 minutes from Taksim Square so the location was perfect. It was really clean, the neighborhood felt very safe and the 24-hour reception was definitely a plus. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought directly from the kitchen, so there wasn’t much opportunity to choose what you actually want. If you're planning to stay longer be prepared for the same breakfast every day. ? The window in the room was also quite inconvenient very heavy and difficult to open on your own. Oh and the Wi-Fi? Totally useless.

The room its self was very clean, smelled fresh, the bed was comfy and although small it did the job. Also location is perfect. If you are staying on the weekend expect very loud music! The rooms are not sound proof enough. Staff were not helpful or fluent in English making communication difficult. Breakfast was very subpar and cross contamination for veggies with meat. Also check out takes faaaar too long as they want to check your room before you leave which was never explained to us and almost made us loose our connection bus.

It's very strange that you get a room, the payment has been made but you are kept waiting at the reception for half an hour. The receptionist says you don't have such a reservation. The confirmation code and payment receipt are shown, they ignore it and wait for the manager's approval and the manager is not at the hotel. I think I recommend you to find a solution for this.

Very accessible, good position near Taksim Square and the areas with shops, restaurants and bars, from here you can reach the interest points very easily. The rooms are modern, well equipped with everything you need, the beds are very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful, they helped us with our stay and getting around the city.

The room next to us, the one closer to the elevator was very noisy all night. From the bathroom all shouts in Russian were noisy up to our beadroom. We are sure other rooms also claimed. When we arrived two buses were on the street parked, Uber could not get us to the hotel and had to walk with the suitcases.

Very comfortable hotel in the center, 10 mins walk from Taxim Square, close to the walking / shopping street. Very comfortable bed. Small but comfy room. Great value for money. The noise isolation could be improved, but pf course this is the city center so noise can be expected. Nicer vibe at breakfast could easily be achieved by adding music and a bit of smile to the breakfast guy.
