Room was clean and staff was great. The elevator wasnt working at time but there issues with the generator which is understandable. Elevator issues.

The location is ok, but the neighborhood is not super recommendable at night. Helpful staff. The shower had mold, and the rest of the toilet looked like it was last cleaned a month before. The room didn't have a window and the walls need a renovation. A lot of noise from the neighbors since the walls are very thin, you can hear someone snoring from across the corridor. The photos are VERY MISLEADING, especially for the economy rooms, that need urgent renovation.

The hotel is a small nice hotel very close to taksim square and 5 mins walk to the metro station - the breakfast was great (it was the same daily but we didn’t mind that) - it was healthy and diverse and we could have it in our room - cleaning was on a regular basis and the staff were great - the hot tub in our room was clean and functioning perfectly - clean towels and sheets daily and we had a hairdryer in the room as well - the view from our room was great - we stayed for four nights and we enjoyed every bit of it - the recepionist Cihan was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to my arrival even. He also answered about trips or experiences we can do. I have no idea if they offer room service as we didn’t order anything but I doubt they have as the kitchen opens only before noon - this wasn’t an issue for us as the restaurants are like right there next to the hotel so you can have anything. The only small downside is that I am a very light sleeper and our room was on the top floor which had the elevator electrical box next to it so every time anyone would use the elevator I would wake up - my husband however did not even notice so it really depends on how you sleep and if you’re a light sleeper like me some noise earplugs would go a long way!

The hotel is seraunde of Restaurants, bars and shopping centers. So we walked everywhere. The smell of cigarettes in the hallway. People are big time smokers. The front door and windows are open. So the smoke gets in the building.

3 beds in such a small room .. the door of the bathroom was broken. The roof was damaged by water maybe. No more glass for 3 people.Light was frikle and needed to be repaired.

A very convenient location – just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Metro Station and 3 minutes to Istiklal Street. A friendly receptionist who helped resolve all issues. Clean bed linen and towels. -Upon check-in, it turned out that the room we had booked was already occupied. We were offered a night in another room without a window. -The room without a window was terrible: small, dark, and smelled like a bathroom. -After requesting a change, we were moved three hours later to a room with a window on the ground floor. The room was decent but had an old air conditioner that didn’t heat and made very loud noises. There was constant noise from the street. -The room with the jacuzzi had a great view and was quiet, but the laminate flooring was swollen, and the shower door was broken. The jacuzzi itself was very weak, more like a regular bathtub, and wouldn’t turn off. Breakfast wasn’t à la carte but brought from a nearby café: half an omelet, thin slices of cheese and ham, a small piece of butter, bread, and tea.
