The staff were very friendly and helpful. They managed to arrange a taxi to the airport for us, even though the entire Taksim Square had been cordoned off by the police due to upcoming demonstrations

Abdullah is the nicest person on the floor always helping you with luggage and tea.. perry at reception was very helpful as well. Great location like 2 min walking away from taksim square

Everything was great. Rooms are decent. breakfast is basic but okay. location is very good. staff is very friendly and eager to help. the room temperature can not be controlled from the room, it has to be controlled from the reception which is not very good and ideal.

Very friendly, polite and helpful people. I didn't get just a room, I practically got service from local guides and help with every little detail I asked for and about. You don't expect to get that much from one night in Istanbul but it felt like home or better say friends' house. Breakfast was excellent, just the way I like it. Water, instant coffee, tea are provided in a room. Very clean. I was even offered a better room for the same price just because it was available at the moment. Thank you Murat, Amet and all the other nice people who work there. I would definitely come back and recommend the place

Everyone on site was so helpful and friendly. Peri was kind, accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. Our room was well lit with natural lighting, the fridge, shower and TV were in excellent working condition, and the bed was very comfortable! Within walking distance to Takism Square and the shopping streets. Would highly recommend and would stay here again! Minimal, but the flush buttons on the toilet in the men's room in the lobby were broken.

Literally a family vibe place. We had to unfortunately shorten our trip because our baby was sick. They tried to check if they can offer us a refund(though we were not expecting!) The place is very close to Taksim (3 minutes walk) The staff are super dupper friendly. They even checked us on our baby after we left. We are certainly going back soon (but without baby). Highly recommended

The staff are excellent — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really feel their genuine attitude towards guests. The breakfast is tasty and well-prepared. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

A most wonderful hotel. Ahmet is a truly first class and top-class proprietor. From the moment you enter the hotel, he and his staff (amazingly attentive, hats off to Peri, Muneeb, and the entire staff) demonstrate the finest of and highest standards of hospitality and warmth. It is a beautiful and beautifully run family hotel where all quests and staff are treated like family. Everyone at the hotel will go out of their way to ensure your needs are met, a most wonderful experience awaits! Also, make sure to go next door for a coffee, fantastic!
